Birding at its best in Austria
Reviewed By JSPeaseWe stayed two days primarily for birding in this area which is famous for that. We had a luxurious room with all the amenities, delicious dinner, and, best of all two expert guides. Both Jacob and Leander spent 8 hours showing us almost 90 species including the Great Bustard, Imperial Eagle,and Spoonbill. Three meals including picnic lunches were included.

Reviewed By Andreea PIt was our second stay at Pannonia, very clean and comfortable hotel, great breakfast, very nice staff. Had some good meals in the restaurant of the hotel, I wish they has a more extensive menu. Great location if you are going shopping in Parndorf.

Reviewed By Las14We stayed at this hotel overnight in August. It is a bit pricey, but it seems that hotels in Austria are pricey. This is conveniently located a few minutes away from the border and highway, which helps when you travel across Europe. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. The panoramic view of the town from the hotel window is very nice. The hotel has ample parking space. There are restaurants nearby, where you can find a variety of foods. We really liked this hotel, so we will use it again.

Close to lake, vineyards and restaurants
Reviewed By christiank2307If you like to hang out in a nice garden area, do some good biking alongside the lake and visit the famos „Heurigen-Restaurants“ then this is the perfect place to stay for a few nights. Super nice and clean rooms, the food was excellent and all staff had been very welcoming and helpful. The sauna area is pretty tiny sounding expect a big wellness experience. But other than that everything is perfect.

Old and bad quality room, not as on pictures

The reception and the hallway of the hotel was very nice and new but coming in to the room was such a big disappointment. Sadly we prepayed the room before see it in real life so it was a big learn not to prepay ever again. The room is very old-furbished and worn. Very few light in the room, only one bedside lamp, very low water pressure in the shower, had to wait like 5 minutea for a little warm but not hot water. The shower was blightly and the tile was broken from bottom to top. No glass for teethwashing. Cables hanging everywhere in the room... 90 euros was a night for 2 people for this quality.

Very good and quiet physical rehab center run by Zisterzienser nuns
Reviewed By Opi EWe learned about this rehab center when we were stationed in Vienna in the late nineties. Decided to go back for 3 weeks (May-June 2017) for my wife to regain her mobility after heart issues (we are on our late 70s). Excellent in-house doctor prescribed the right amount of physical therapy and massages. The treatment regime was intense with only Sundays free. The improvements were noticeable and my wife even lost weight! Meals were included and were of high quality. Almost every day there is an evening program- drum playing with an African instructor, young musicians concerts, group dancing, lectures, etc. I particularly enjoyed the daily bike rides to the nearby towns along the Neusiedler Lake, thru vineyards and nature parks. If you are a private patient the hotel provides a free 8-speed bike which is enough to negotiate the mainly flat area. Otherwise there is a nominal daily fee of 2 euros. There is a heated swimming pool, small gym, and excellent sauna facilities. The center has a private park which is conducive to relaxation. Saw a pheasant and a stork while strolling around. Final point: This is more a physical treatment (Kur) than a recreation (Erholung) center. It definitely not a 5 star hotel but if you come mainly to recharge your batteries and relax there is no better place. Beware also that English is rarely spoken, main language you hear is Austrian German and Hungarian. If you do not mind staying in a place where there is hardly any other English speaking guest this is a very good place for you.

Reviewed By detraveller-1Due to the recent renovation, the hotel rooms are all new and clean. All in Red hotel residents have direct underground access to the Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg Thermal Spa facilities but at an extra cost unless of course one pay's for the all inclusive package. The food is very good and with lots of choices to choose from and a place for kids to play in restaurant. There is free babysitting services, an indoor and outdoor pool, large play ground and outdoor mini golf. Check-in was very fast. Receptionist took time explaining all about the hotel and the amenities available as a first timer with them. The room was spacious and clean. Paid for the all in kulinarium package so enjoyed breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner but had to pay for drinks extra.
