The room was big (we stayed in a triple room) and it was so clean, the shower was really good and the bathroom big. The lady on reception helped us a lot with organising the tour, I would 100% recommending booking with the hostel - we had a really good day and a nice breakfast is included and it cooked ready for you at 8am. I would 100% recommend staying here, it is a lovely place with really nice people working there

The main reason for that wasn’t just the perfect atmosphere, delicious food, comfortable surroundings, great amenities, but the STAFF! I cannot thank the team for being so unbelievably amazing. Big shout outs especially go to Mark the manager, Nicky & Sak. Many thanks to all the rest of the team that keep the operation running ever so smoothly. Mark was an absolute pleasure & works very hard to interact with the guests & is a true professional. He’s cheeky charm & charismatic personality was flawless. So thank you Mark for pouring my G&Ts every single day haha! Nicky & Sak. True hosts & ever so lovely. Our modern backpacker hotel offers a cheap but also quality place to stay. It is located in Bangrak which has lots of bars, restaurants and shops. If your thinking of heading to the Full Moon Party we are only a 2 minute walk to the Full Moon Party Pier. Includes free: wifi, air con, hot shower, pool table, table tennis.

Reviewed By Regina B+ Great room, great service and great staff. We had a crash with our scooter (SO DONT RENT AT P&T HOSTEL IN THE NEAR! SUDDENLY THE BREAKS DIDN'T WORK WHEN WE DESCENT A HILL?) and the staff in Samui backpacker hotel where very helpfull. They arranged a taxi to a hospital and called the hospital that we should come. Another +, we stayed here 6 nights and got 3 times clean towels and one time extra room-cleaning. - There is a garden and a pool in the middle of alle the rooms. It can be noisy at night from other backpackers, especially in the weekend.

Reviewed By nathan_kiwi1I checked in here for 2 weeks stay but upon arriving all wasn’t as it seems first off saying can’t pay by card yet had working card machines then managed to solve that but then went to the room and it’s tiny compared to description can’t sit on the bed and open the fridge and the ac doesn’t work properly the lift is out of order so if you want to use the pool it’s 5 gruelling flights of stairs no happy hour or anything as described ended up checking out after 5 minutes of checking in having to wait to get money back as they are saying they don’t have the cash yet I had just paid them won’t be staying here again

Reviewed By Micca74Vomit in the pool, people on drugs, leaving the room unlocked all night, waking up to people having sex in the dorms, dorm in the basement with no window. Left after the first night. For anyone making similar complaints after their stay, once the rude manager has ignored your complaint and hasseled you on whatsapp, contact the booking.com or other curstomer support for a partial refund or full refund if you have pics/evidence of the state of the hostel.

Located a few steps away from Chaweng Beach and a 15' walk from the sparkling city centre (5' by scooter) - our hostel is the place where you can get the most out of Koh Samui. We offer solutions for every travellers' style, you can choose between our 6 beds mixed dorms, 6 beds only females dorm and our private rooms. All rooms are competitive and clean, with AC, free wi-fi, en suite bathroom. Not to mention our Timeless Garden, witness of hundreds of laughs, kisses, jokes & stories!

Reviewed By gingetraveloFirst the staff are very friendly and will go out of there way to help. The owner kept the kitchen open for us when we arrived which we were very grateful for. The food however was not the best. The hotel itself is not very clean and feels you are staying in the jungle. Although we did a jungle trip whilst travelling and I would much before to stay there, as I’m expecting animals and insects jumping out at me. When we arrived there was a dead cockroach on the floor and I had a lizard pop out of the door handle. There was no air con but a fan that did nothing. The hotel looks lovely from the outside and the view is lovely. However getting to are room was difficult, no steps and very skippy. Barely any lightning, which nearly caused us to trip. Location not good!!!! Have to get a taxi up and down to Haad Rin Beach, however this is not expensive. When coming back from the Full Moon Party we had to get on scooters to get back up due to narrow, dark and steep roads. We ended up leaving early.

Conveniently located in the heart of the main town Thong Sala. Less than 2 minutes walk to the nearest beach, day & night markets, shopping, cafe's, restaurants and the ferry piers. Two new safe & secure dorm rooms have sturdy big and comfortable bunk beds with plenty of head room and storage space. 4 bathrooms, safety box, air conditioning and 10 additional fans for a great nights sleep. The main building features private a/c double rooms. Western and Thai management, travel & tour desk and moped hire all on site.

Reviewed By CobirlThe place feels like a prefab with cardboard walls. It's does nothing to block out the outside noises..so found it hard to sleep..think I managed 2 hours in total. The door to the bathroom was clear glass so someone in the room could see right in and the wall of the bathroom did not reach the ceiling so there is a big gap / opening in the bathroom wall...again any noises made in the bathroom are clearly heard in the bedroom. The shower was a light trickle of water so could barely wash! Also as the place feels like a prefab and the walls are not concrete the front door could easily have been forced open so I would not have felt safe here if I was on my own...but lucky I was awake all night anyway! The food in the restaurant is so good and the staff are really nice

Reviewed By 319phoebelWe booked the wrong dates for our visit so we contacted the hotel to request a change of date. They said they had sold out of the room we had booked for our new dates so we suggested paying for another room which was available online. They stoped replying so I then asked for a partial refund (as it had been our fault) and after messaging multiple times apologising they never replied. I understand it was our fault but they could have negotiated with us as we were prepared to pay the difference for a new room so we ended up having to book another hotel thus paying twice :(
