I had a very wonderful tour with Ola ( Alekdandra ) who is most charming and very highly educated and an art and architecture historian, who is very involved in Poznan’s cultural affairs and its preservation. She showed me a great deal of the beauty of Poznan and it’s fascinating history. It was really like taking a college course???? If you are lucky enough to visit Poznan you must request Ola as your guide. She can be booked through Get Your Guide Poznan.

We were a group of four. The tour was for approx. 7 hours in the car. They sent us a large enough car so it was very comforting. Our driver gave us pit stops on the way when we requested and our guid in Krakow gave us some stop at the cafe and souvenir shops for us so we had some free time and learned interesting historical facts about Krakow. Very interesting and comforting experience in total. Breakfast and dinner is not included so I recommend that we bring some snacks on the tour.

US military family of four, stationed in Bavaria and in Wroclaw for a weekend, and were fortunate enough to book a 3 hour walking tour with Sean. He did a terrific job and was well-versed in the fascinating history of this city and the region of Silesia. My teenaged kids enjoyed it thoroughly - just as much as we did. Absolutely recommend any Soldier here for a weekend book with Viadrina and ask for Sean.

Altogether an excellent experience. Our interest was in military vehicles and Piotr demonstrated his considerable knowledge as he took us round the Poznan Tank Museum. Aleksandra (Olla) took over for the afternoon, and knowledgeably guided us around the historical sights. Both our guides were experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. You can't ask for more.
