We are cottage & glamping resort located on the hills within 20 min walk from Lake Kawaguchi. All our cottages have Mt Fuji view on a clear day! Glamping cabins are deeper in the woods and you'll have town and fields view from a porch. We welcome small and large groups and have cottages of various sizes to comfortably accommodate everyone. Families and collage students visit us to enjoy time together in our beautiful region! We provide free transfer to/from station, local supermarket and FujiQ Highland. Catering menu for BBQ and hot pot is available to cook your own delicious meal( reservation reqd). Your pets are welcome as well.

Depends on how many people going to stay in a cottage, we have space in upstairs because we have more than two to stay. Great to relax. Healthy breakfast. Dinner can be pre-register if you stay to eat.

Reviewed By Skyfox49My 4 bed apartment was cosy with comfortable beds. The location is handy, being a walk of about 700m from the nearby Echoland precinct of Hakuba with a wide choice of dining options. A free bus pickup stop is located right outside for transfer to the various resorts in Hakuba Valley. The two storey apartment is not large and would be a little cramped with 4 guests. Drying wet ski gear with 4 guests would also be problematic. As I was on my own this was not a problem. The walls between the adjoining apartment are not soundproof so you can hear conversations and people thumping up the staircase. In spite of these negative aspects I would stay there again as the price is competitive, but not with 4 people.

Reviewed By BITTENCOURT1220高台にある貸別荘で2階からは少しだけ河口湖が見えます。1階が寝室、2階がリビングとキッチンという作りだったため、調理したものを庭のBBQ場所まで運ぶのが若干大変でしたが、それ以外は大変快適に過ごせました。朝は2階のデッキでコーヒーを飲みながらリラックスできました。また利用したいと思います。

Spacious and comfortable
Reviewed By naomi25Rooms are spacious, well lit and furnished. It's modern and well equipped. Highly recommended. We could see Mount Fuji directly out of the back of the Cottage and it was just walking distance to get to Lake Kawaguchi, with Mount Fuji in full view. The owner of the Cottage even drove us out to buy groceries and dropped us at the bus station after we checked out. Communication in English is not a problem.

Forest walks, fires, wood chopping and rucksacks and coats supplied. Great for a romantic getaway but need a level of fitness for the stairs.

Reviewed By marknik2If you want a home away from home feel when you go to Hakuba then this is the place for you. From being offered a pair of slippers to wear during our stay, picking us up from and dropping us to the Happo One Bus Terminal, offering to take me into town because it was on their way and needing ice for a sprained ankle, nothing was too much trouble. Their communication before we left home was second to none, they answered our questions, offered to make bookings for us and gave us many tips to make our stay effortless. Their pizzas were delicious, the best espresso martini I've ever had and breakfast...well our made to order breakfast every morning amazing. From Eggs Benedict to Pancakes plus pastries, cereal, toast and fruit, we really didn't need anything until lunch. Our room, number 7, was just big enough for adults which included a fold out bed for the 4th person. It was a 5 minute walk to Tokyo Hotel to get the shuttle bus to the ski lifts or into town. Truly friendly and welcoming staff where nothing is too much trouble.

別荘としてほしくなりました
Reviewed By catdogcatdogcatdog今回はコテージで一番最高ランクの露天風呂付きコテージを選択しました。 外装は他のコテージより見た目が良いです。玄関のドアはダブルロック。 セキュリティ高いかなと思ったけど、窓とかテラスとかは普通なのでなんだかなぁという感じ。 しかも上の部分の鍵がなかなか開かず鍵を開ける度に苦労しました。 中に入るとまさに家気分。ほんのわずかに独特な匂いがありですが、コテージということで苦にはなりません。 トイレは自動で便座が開き、ボタンを押すと更に開いたり閉じたりするランク上のトイレです。 でもちょい狭いです。ベッドルームは同じ一階。エアコンと電気毛布が用意されてました。 湿っぽくもなくとても快適に眠れます。 奥に行くと、洗面所。最低限のアメニティのみで、壁は殺風景かな。 更に奥に行くと脱衣所、そして内風呂。そして更に奥に露天風呂です。 脱衣所も内湯もプライバシーがないので気になる方はカーテンを下げた方がいいです。 露天はいわゆる丸見え状態ですが、外からこちらに見えないとは思いますので気にはしません。 他のコテージと違い、湯船が長いので足が伸ばせて楽です。 内湯はボタン一つで泡がでる仕様。そんなに泡が多いってほどでもないですが満足です。 ただ、洗い場は非常に狭いのでちょっと苦労。その反面露天は広いので寒くなかったら露天の方で洗った方が楽です。 露天風呂はやはり外からのゴミや虫が入ってきます。でも夜はあまりなかったです。 露天風呂からの絶景はほんと素晴らしいです。このまま絶景を見ながら温泉に浸かって寝ていたかったほどです。 自然豊かなので初夏から秋は人に襲ってくる虫（蚊や蜂など）がきたら嫌かな・・・ 温泉はアルカリ性の無色無臭らしいですが、ほんのわずかに硫化水素臭を感じました。 温度はいわゆる普通の適温。ぬる湯好きからみたらちょい熱め。 水もお湯も足せますが、純粋に温泉を味わいたいので加水なしで入りました。 循環塩素なし、季節による加水加温ありなので、夏以外なら純粋に温泉を味わえます。 あともうちょっと温泉が多く出たらいいかな。 チョロチョロでもないけど、浴槽に温泉を貯めるのに割と時間がかかったので。 ちなみにこの季節でも夜は冷えます。寝ている間に湯を冷まし、起きて温泉に入ったら外気と同じ温度に仕上がってました。 よってしばらく温泉を足してから入ったらまさに極楽でした。 二階はメインルーム、キッチン、そして和室、テラスなどあります。 二階へは階段で上がるのですが、いわゆる昭和の家の急な階段なので、お年寄りは厳しいです。 キッチンは水回りも新しく冷蔵庫もたくさんはいり、電気コンロなので安全。 食器棚もあり、いろいろな食器もあるのでまさに別荘な感じですね。 テレビはブルーレイ内蔵。CATVで無料の番組はもちろん、安めの局の番組はタダでみられます。 ただ番組表を見るとR18指定の局があり、当然映りませんが、子供にもよくないので番組表には出ないようにしてほしいです。 ソファーに座りながらCATVを見てまさに休日ライフって感じでした。 テラスに出たらまさに絶景！家族写真撮りにはおすすめです。 2階にもエアコンも暖房器具もあるので夏も夜も快適だと思います。 一階もベッドは二台しかないので、3人以上で来られているグループは和式で寝る事になりますが、うーん・・・布団に布団カバーを自分で入れるのでこれは面倒すぎます。 しかもなんとなく湿ってる感じが。乾燥させるために押し入れは開けっぱなしになってましたが、 もうちょっと気分のいいお布団がほしかったです。この環境だとちょっと難しいかもしれませんが・・・ 夕食はお願いしてホテルのバイキングにしてもらいました。夕食の時はお迎えの車が来ます。もちろん帰る時もです。 酔っ払って自分で運転なんかしたら大変ですからね。 肝心の夕食バイキングは宿の価格に対してはコスパが良く素晴らしいです。 でもやや狭いので食べている時は人が通るたびにほんのわずかにイラってくるときも。 しかし料理がよかったので気分はリセットしました。 肉料理もたくさんありステーキこそはなくてもローストビーフもあり、 ローストビーフよりも美味しい牛肉のほろほろ煮込んだ料理が美味しかったです。 お寿司は鮪はなかったけど、いろいろなネタがありその場で握ってもらい美味しくいただきました。 ただ一度に3貫しかもらえないのが残念。 デザートは既製品ではないにしろ既製品に近い感じなのが残念。 でもプリンは甘さ控えめで美味しく、いっぱい食べまてしまいました。 結構若者向けの料理ばかりでしたが、お客さんは高齢者が半数以上なので、もしかしたら多少不満？自分的には当たりですけどね。 朝食はまぁいわゆるそこらの普通のホテルのバイキングと同レベルかな。 敢えて珍しいと思ったのはレモンのデニッシュと朝からそばかな。 牛乳はなく寂しかったです。 今度来るときは夕食のみのプランで少しでも節約しようかなと思いました。

Reviewed By ajayasraniWe spent silver week here with our dog and loved the villa. The living spaces were very will equipped and designed and so comfortable that we didn’t feel the need to step out. The tent and bbq facilities were awesome in the cool weather. The hosts were very responsive and lovely folks. Great location too
