Reviewed By EmanueleSpampinatoThe Hotel is simply perfect, not a real luxury hotel, but a very nice and medium size hotel in the very real heart of Leipzig just on the side of the Duomo. The area is full of good restaurants and bars, 2 minute from the Markt S stration and 10-12 far from the main Train Station.

Rothe - Great Place to be in Leipzig
Reviewed By RomanTsrWe stayed with 2 kids in Rothe apartment for 3 nights. The apartment is in beautiful, ancient building, very comfortable, decorated in good taste, clean. Good sleep places for family of 2+2. Fully equipped kitchen. Big balcony. Not very spacious, but good enough. Key collection: key box is at the building entrance, very easy to access. We even didn't met the owner during all our stay. Location: very quiet street. 10 mins walk to the Zoo, 20 min walk to the Leipzig city center. Tram stop is nearby. 10 mins walk to a small supermarket. Private Parking is available. 4 City bikes are available - USE IT! It is very easy and enjoyable to move in Leipzig by bike - we very enjoyed it. The bikes come with a lock - so you can take them to the city and leave them while you around. WiFi quality in the apartment is very good.

The bed was lovely and comfy but could of done with better pillows and that's the only complaint from us, the staff were always lovely and when we spoke to them they were always helpful

Reviewed By jörg KDie Bewertung bezieht sich auf App. 2. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das App. Liegt im Hinterhaus und ist somit von Straßenlärm weitestgehend geschützt. Es ist alles da, was man für 3 Personen benötigt, inkl. 3 vollwertiger Betten. Parkplätze sind in den umliegenden Straßen kostenfrei vorhanden, es gibt mehrere Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Tram hält in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sternabzüge gibt es für die schlechte Verdunkelunsmöglichkeit des Appartements. Durch das Oberlicht war es leider immer hell. Der Hofzugang hatte einen Bewegungsmelder, wenn nachts Gäste kamen, war das gesamte Haus hell erleuchtet und es schien durch die Glastüre. Die Dusche im sonst gut eingerichteten Bad ist sehr eng. Bei einer Bewegung stößt man oft gegen die Mischbatterie und verstellt die Wassertemperatur, zudem ist sie nicht ganz dicht. Wenn diese Punkte nicht wären oder die Helligkeit kein Problem darstellt, könnte ich es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

WiFi connectivity is an absolute joke, certainly does not cater to international tourists as pretty much all the TV channels are in German. The most basic of rooms. Glad this was for only one night

Reviewed By VOIRBBLet’s start with some good points: - the appartements are at walking distance from the city centre (+\-20 min) - their are Several Super markets at walking distance Than some points for improvement: - The stores in the appartement are not blinding the room. In fact it feels like there are no stores at all, so you are awake as of sun rise. - We arrived quite late at the appartement and the reception was closed. Since we didn’t receive a mail with the code to open our room we couldn’t enter our room. Other people in the building mentioned to us that this was not the first time and that other guests have had the same problem. We called the ‘emergency’ number several times but no one was picking up. So in fact it isn’t an emergency number. It was only due to a clever intervention from other guests that we could enter our room, since they had the same code to open their appartement. - you don’t have a lot of privacy on the inner courtyard since 20 other terraces are looking down on it

Fantastic location, lots of space
Reviewed By Mikael BThe aprtments are very good size. Separate bedroom and nice combined living room/kitchen. All amenities are in the apartment. Th biggest advantage is the location - just in the middle of the city centre (although there are more than one city centre in Leipzig). In the same building is Macis both supermarket, backeri and restaurant, all organic and stonethrows away a number of great restaurants. Although it is on a very busy street (especially at night) the closed windows make a quiet night. It can be a bit difficult to find if you come by car. Some GPS tell you to stop in Ratsfreischulstrasse (where you can walk through a building to Markengraffstrasse). You can go by car to Burgplatz and turn right and right and then you are in front of the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer parking, but convenientely you can park in the basement of Petersbiggen, 50 steps away from the hotel at 20 Euro per 24 hours.

Worn out "deluxe apartment"
Reviewed By Mina-VianneUnfortunately, there is nothing good to say about this flat, except the main bed that is quite comfy. Located next to the tram in an everything but nice or vivid living area. The kitchenette is equipped with cheapest pots, pans and cutlery. The curtains are hung up the wrong way. Both chairs (ugly and flimsy) are full of stains and dirt. TV-Cable broken and no one took care of it, despite me calling the service number and leaving a message, explaining the problem. Not a place I would recommend or even go there for a second time.

In Leipzig we have found the serviced apartments in Feuerbachstraße to be just the place to suit us and return to whenever in Leipzig. The apartments are located in the unique Waldstraßenviertel with its unbroken tradition of late 19th-century architecture, only a 20-minute stroll from the ancient city centre. You will be fascinated by the beautiful buildings, most of them recently renovated and in good condition. The apartments are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. There are shops close by, but you can also reach city-centre shops and sights easily. The residence gives you a feeling of being at home in a big city and of taking part in the authentic everyday life of its inhabitants, allowing you some privacy in "your own" apartment.
