Reviewed By GuilhermeVazMisleading room types and prices. I booked a Studio, for two colleagues and it was a normal room with 2 single beds. It was not nice. Then, the day after we moved to a Studio extra (for something like the photos I saw in Booking.com) for an extra price. Not nice. Too small Hotel, with not room cleaning, and very small breakfast space. For the price we paid it was not cheap nor quality worthy. For business, avoid.

They have since refused to let us rebook or refund any monies a little bit unfair in my opinion and I apologise I couldn't single handedly cure the world of covid . Wouldnt book with these again

Reviewed By dittehejbergI would have only given the apartment four stars due to some minor issues, but they were fixed so swiftly by the reception that the extra star is for that service alone. The location is amazing! So close to everything that we didn’t use our car at all. Everything is available at the apartment; towels, coffee, shampoo - all you need from a hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

The appartello - smarttime living Hamburg is situated in the green district called Alsterdorf, close to Hamburg Airport, the North of Hamburg and the city center. In front of the hotel there are parking lots available at a surcharge. Additionally, parking lots can be reserved in our parking garage. All 76 modern equipped studios and apartments are ideal for a residential stay, whether for business or private use. The studios offer a kitchenette including a fridge + freezer, microwave, electric kettle and a coffee capsule machine. The apartments have separate living and sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioning. In our livingroom - snack & lounge there is a cozy lounge area and the fireplace invites you to stay. There is plenty of space to work, to chat or to relax. For all of your requests our reception team is 24/7 available.

The place is perfectly situated in the vicinity of the airport, while the city center is less than 10 kilometers away. I had an excellent apartment with nice living area, separate bedroom, a well equipped kitchen, great bathroom and truly perfect bed. Parking is available on site (at a cost). Members of staff are brilliant, and they truly look after you with a friendly smile. This includes the cleaning staff as well, as they made my apartment shine like a gem stone week after week. This place is highly recommended! Thank you all for looking after me.

Apartment040 was built in 1926 and used as a telecommunications office. The building was extensively refurbished and renovated in 2014 and converted into today's apartment block. It has over 77 single apartments in one of the best locations in Hamburg. The superb location and the homogenous residential area in Uhlenhorst make us one of the best addresses in Hamburg.

Bed area is comfortable with a small seating area Location is good very close to all the stations and bus routes to get into the centre of Hamburg If you are exploring Hamburg on a budget and do not want to stay in a hotel this is a good alternative Pictures below show the accommodation

Spotless and Spot On Location!
Reviewed By SilverNomad04Returned here this time as a solo guest and got a one bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. Check-in after 5pm meant the key was in a coded key-box at the entrance, no problems and the lift took me up to the 4th! Very clean and new looking as last time and everything you need including some little gifts, Apple juice, water, biscuits and plenty of tea and coffee and long-life milk. Just so nice after travelling to find these included in the fee. Every amenity for preparing your own meal, but with the assortment of restaurants all within 5 mins walking didn’t need to cook! Nearest bus stop for Strandkai & Haven City (warehouse area & Miniatur Wonderland) is about 6mins walk away as is the hautbanhof for all trains and Metro services. This was my second visit and I wouldn’t hesitate in returning as I use Hamburg as a “rest” place before onward travel. One tip - the minimum stay is two nights.

It is close to the bus station, a lot of shops and places to eat near by. In the apartment we had everything we need - from the hairdryer to the coffee and tea. The bed was comfortable as well. The windows look to very quite and green garden.

Reviewed By KNDC3Location: it's located in the middle of the red district, about 10 minutes walk from the metro station. However, inside the noise is not an issue. The room was small and basic, but clean and modern. We arrived pretty late and my husband had to go check in at the sister hotel a few steps away, just take it into consideration as well as the fact that there are only stairs. For the price it's ok, but personally I would prefer another area, it's not too comfortable to walk in the area either in the night or the morning when there are still remnants of the night.

Base Apartments are located in Eimsbuttel, a lively area in the northwest Hamburg with many bars, restaurants and shops. It is closed to numerous green areas for relaxing walks and runs. The property is a former office building. The studios have a minimal design and each is equipped with a private kitchen, a dining area for two, a workspace, a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upon request, it is possible to park in the parking of Base Apartments.

Reviewed By Yvonneloong3.5 Star. The prices for 2 rooms are really affordable. Breakfast is at Due Baristi Expressobar. Don’t have to order breakfast as McDonald’s and Burgerking is just across and beside the building. It’s really frustrating with the key code system to the door. Took us a few tries before We managed to open it. Train station is like 12 mins walk away. Parking cost 10 euro/day and is just behind the building. Comunication with the personnel are done via whatsapp and they do answer quite fast. Overall it’s very a very cheap place to stay.

Reviewed By Adam SA brilliant find at the end of the Reeperbahn. Excellent location, but nice and quiet. Only a few minutes walk from public transport which services all parts of Hamburg. Exceptionally clean rooms with very good amenities. Rooms were modern and spacious. The service was brilliant and we couldn’t have been happier with the staff and how we were treated throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Hamburg.
