Reviewed By SnowFairy2014Chic apartment hotel with a beautiful courtyard. Friendly and helpful team of work staff. Located very near to U-bahn station. I do like the stay but there are things that can improve on: 1. The shower area has no curtain or panel and causes a mess and water pool in the whole toilet after showering. 2. Balcony without any furnishing which is a pity as it will be nice to sit and enjoy the surroundings. 3. There is a bar that operates pass midnight and can be noisy and disturbing if there are patrons sitting at the courtyard chatting. 4. Though no issue on the communication with Schwan Locke team, it was a nightmare trying to contact Locke before the stay. Emails will go to central corporate address, and you either get no reply or less than satisfactory replies from different people. 5. Also certain information in its website was not accurate, one example: website stated there is washer dryer in a 1 bedroom open plan suite but in actual, there is none.

The Victory Guesthouse Therme Erding is located on the premises of THERME ERDING. It's a short walk(only 100 meters) to the Entrance. All of the 6 studios and 88 apartments are furnished comfortably with a kitchenette, a balcony and bathroom. The rooms are well suited for families as equally for business travelers.
AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Reviewed By Jennifer JOur family had departed the UK on December 18, 2021 was planning to travel from Austria to Germany when news of Germany's change in Covid Entry Requirements designating the UK as a virus variant high-risk area was announced declarining, "On arrival in Germany, all permitted travellers from the UK who arrive after 23:01 on 19 December must quarantine at home for 14 days irrespective of their vaccination status." It was nearly impossible to reach Therme Erding on the phone with horribly long wait times. I finally emailed the spa directly to inform them of my cancellation due to this change of Covid entry requirements to Germany. You can imagine my surprise when I receive an email on December 27, 2021 I received an email telling me that I was being charged Euro 136, - as I was a "NO SHOW." Despite there being one internet page for the Therme Erding that advertises to customers that hotel and spa can all be booked in one place, the Victory Gastehaus insisted that everything should have been cancelled separately. They expressed complete disregard concerning the newly issued Covid entry requirements that affected their customers. Many companies have found positive ways to care and engage with their customers and keep both sides happy during these uncertain Covid times when regulations are changing daily. Victory Gasthaus certainly could have at least offered a voucher for future use as a token of compromise and customer service. Instead, the representatives that I corresponded with with were completely apathetic and inflexible. They lacked even the most minimal amount of customer service and empathy it would require to figure out a compromise. Victory Gastehaus had the opportunity to keep a future customer and maintain positive customer service, but chose otherwise. With Therme Erding being such a major tourist attraction, I would expect far better customer service and increased flexibility especially with regards to changing Covid regulations. Unfortunately, I experienced quite the opposite.

The rooms are great, nice lightning, nice musik box, nice bathroom with waterfall shower :) and even there a sound system. They have a beautiful terracce, to just relax and see sundowners :) The employees are mostly braziliian and just lovely people , always with a smile and always good energy - to each person Always lovely to see their smiles and in the morning with your free coffee ;) With all the best, JJ

Staff could've been a little happier, but they were helpful and did speak great English. Also was a bit confusing at first trying to find my way around, but not too bad.

Reviewed By mateusz15w40I was visiting thus Hotel once, just for 1 night. Hotel is really clean, everything is brand new in the room. Bed was really big and comfortable. Kitchen in my room were equiped in everything what you can imagine. And this was the problem- when you are looking for pleasant stay for 1 week and you are planning to cook and eat in hotel room it is your place. But if not, it might be a problem. They don't have restautant in the hotel in which you can eat a breakfast- you have to go 100 meter away in the morning to have small, but tasty portion.

Beautiful Hotel with BAD service
Reviewed By 348nadazI can't believe how you can hire just awful people ! Seriously we were happy at the beginning but then the man on the reception he was super racist. Just disgusting attitude. We know we have to wear the mask and yet he made a problem with us but didn't to the two people who were germans and he spoke to them gently and didn't even mention a word. This has to reach to the management because I will tell this to everyone to see this awful act. I feel sorry that such beautiful residence has such employee.

Reviewed By Magda Kwe have checked in late at arround 18:00... was a woman at the reception who did not speak english..... she gave me someone else's rooms......lucky we checked and came fast to change they keys. the rooms were clean....comfortable ...but no toiletries after we took the the luggage up i return to pay...she was gone.....and no one answered the phone written on the door sticker.... the next morning we left early...still no one there at 7:30...so i had to write throw the booking site to ask for an details regarding the payment.... i got the info regarding the payment and they were very nice on the phone. maybe a different person at the reception would be an improvement.....i could not get the wifi code or ask about anything.....even though she was a nice lady....hard to comunicate
