Clean and nice hotel in pleiku.
Reviewed By Passenger15193955118Found this hotel in emergency. I found it clean and in order. Not the hotel you need to pass a holiday. But if you look for a easy clen room to stay , this is it. I did not check the breakfast. It s in le lai street which is consider fairly in the centre of Pleiku.

Reviewed By Minh Tien DWe have the booking via agoda.com with this hotel in advance (3 months before) and selected the option pay at the hotel. However, the time we have booked are also the crowed time at the city due to the running racing at the time. The hotel have cancelled our bookings with the reason that they are not be able to contact us (but they are actually have not contacted to us anything, only the final message saying that our bookings were cancelled); my friends doing the booking to it via the booking.com have the same issue. One of my friends have called to the hotel to booking directly with the higher rate and the hotel provided the room (while they are cancelled our bookings with the lower rate) The hotel's facilities that my friend received at this hotel is terrible; a lots of mosquitoes in the room as well as the room is very smelt. My friend have already do the payment in advance to them as well as informed that they will arrived late, but the hotel is still call them to check if they are going to check in or not when they are flying to Pleiku City and not be able to receive the calls. The price is not so cheap comparing with the other hotels nearby it.

Great place, great value
Reviewed By pierrebD4471FPLocated on a quiet alley. Really nice new place. Big excellent shower and bathroom (dry bath). Big room, I chose the one with a small balcony. Good natural light as well. Shared large kitchen available. Free laundry facility-large capacity wash and drying area on the roof. Near good coffee shops and restaurants. Note: google maps shows slightly incorrect location. It will take you to a big corner building. Follow the alley that forms the corner about 65 meters. Look up, you’ll see their sign up high on the building. Good wifi. Only demerit I had to send 5 messages over half an hour to notice the owner I wanted to check out. Finally called n heard his phone wringing in the building. He’s a nice guy though I was a bit annoyed waiting around, hence 4/5

Reviewed By BokJohnThis is and inexpensive hotel that was clean and well kept. Receptionist and staff were responsive to any needs. It was a very good location for us. Bed was comfortable, AC worked and TV and WiFi are available. Has a Coffee shop, no breakfast but options are nearby.

Lovely people, pleasant environment
Reviewed By jackn289This farm has been thoughtfully converted so that half of the land is used for farming — crops and poultry — and the other half is now a very attractive lawn with a small restaurant and a chic little outdoor bar. The guest rooms are spacious, rustic, and comfortable, and of course they open out directly onto the grounds. The farm stay seems to cater mainly to a young crowd, but we were a couple with a baby and it was also great for us. The outdoor bar plays music, and the bass can be heard in the room, but contrary to the trend in Vietnam, the volume remains at a respectably low level. Moreover, the music played was unthreatening chilled out pop, not thumping techno, and it was turned off by 9pm each evening. The farm is part of a little hamlet just outside the city. The owners offered to drive us places (for a fee, I think) but we chose to use a taxi service. I can’t vouch for the English level of the owners and their staff (my wife, Vietnamese, did all the communicating) but I can say that everyone was unfailingly friendly and helpful, and I have little doubt that the language barrier would prove trifling for most matters. The one negative thing about our experience was that the roosters and dogs tended to get a bit raucous long before dawn - but it is a farm, after all, so a bit of animal noise is to be expected.

Personnel ne sachant répondre à aucune question, ne parlant même pas anglais (le garçon utilise Google traduction pour parler et lorsque je lui ai dis que je parlais français n'a même pas pris la peine de mettre son traducteur dans ma langue. A peine un bonjour de sa part. Pas de aurevoir ni même de merci, enfin pas de politesse. Les seuls mots en anglais qu'il sache dire sont les chiffres, 200.000 vnd pour le scooter a la journée, alors que sur le trottoir d'en face, a 100-150m en descendant celà ma coûté 120.000 vnd. Au moment de payé booking m'avait dit de regarder le tôt de change du jour, ce que j'ai du faire sinon il m'encaissait plus cher. Et il n'en démordait pas. J'ai du aller sur google pour lui montrer. Rien n'est prévu pour les backpacker, aucune visite, aucun renseignement, ah si une feuille qui doit daté de matusalem car sur les 3 lieu que j'avais trouvé intéressant, le premier était une cascade où l'on ma interdit de passer 1km avant, le 2ème j'ai tourné pendant 20min pour trouver l'entrée et le 3 ème sa pouvais aller. Mais très peu d'indication et difficile a trouver. Aucun renseignement sur les bus, j'ai demander a ce qu'il regarde pour que j'aie a nha trang, il a demandé a quelqu'un qui a demandé à quelqu'un... le numéro, pour au finale me dire qu'il avait réserver mais qu'il ne savait pas le prix ni même m'indiquer comment rejoindre le bus. J'ai donc été la où j'avais loué le scooter pour me renseigner, la dame ma indiqué directement la bus station que j'ai trouvé de suite et où j'ai pu réserver mon ticket. Je voulais faire une journée organisé, pour voir Phu cuong waterfall mais il n'avait aucune indication, il ne l'avait même pas sur sa fichu feuille et rien n'était même organiser pour voir quoi que ce soit. La nuit il ferme une grille qui condamne tout donc impossible de rentrer si vous êtes sorti, ou de sortir si vous avez faim et profiter des petits stand de rue et juste vous balader. Les mûrs sont en carton, même en regardant un film sur mon téléphone j'entendais la personne dans la chambre a côté de moi ronfler. L'hôtel est situé sur une route ou il y à du passage fréquent, on entend tout (surtout les claxons) et sa ne s'arrête jamais. Seul point positif, je pense que c'est sa maman, qui a mon arrivé à essayé de me mettre bien, comme le monsieur dormait et qu'il etait encore tôt elle ma permis d'utiliser sa sale de bain, ma donné un peigne, une brosse a dent et du dentifrice.
