Reviewed By M3137SCsimonecFor a long term stay this place is ideal. 10 mins ride to the city centre and 20-30 mins out to My Hoa. A beach directly opposite and other hotels in the area means is has a holiday feel. Very supportive and knowledgable owner Mr.Bach so I highly recommend.

Reviewed By krahanGreat family hotel in a quiet street close to Nimh Chu Beach and a couple of great local fish restaurants. The rooms are spacious and filled with all you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom is decorated with western imported equipment. The staff is wonderful and is willing to help you in anyway. The rooms are spotless clean. They price for the rooms are affordable.

Reviewed By TaeWooIt was such a coincidence when I saw Ho Phong hotel while searching for a place for my travel team. We booked 2 rooms (1 for 2 and the other is for 3persons). Even though the hotel is not situated in the "heart" of Phan Rang, actually I had to walk for 20 mins from this hotel to the center of Phan Rang, but it was not that bad. Rooms were in good conditions with AC, towels and other amenities that we needed. The staff was also very helpful when we asked about going to the near touristic spots. However, it was only when we checked out that we were told that our rooms would be charged higher than expected price due to public holidays. It was a bad moment in our trip. Because we were not informed prior to our arrival whatsoever. It was such a disappointment. Moreover, when we were asking about this situation, the receptionist asked us "So will you pay for this or not???"...What on earth is this kind of customer service??? This just threw all the good impression that we had before...Sorry, but this is poor!!!

Great place, great staff, on beach.
Reviewed By karlkQ2429JWWe loved this place. We arrived as the coronavirus pandemic was becoming a problem and they graciously excepted us with open arms and fed us a wonderful breakfast. The room is very nice. The grounds are lovely with lots of green grass, a tennis court, and a nice pool. This is a great place for kids. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and encourage you to reward them with your visit for accepting foreigners when many hotels were not.

Reviewed By MattitiiI stay here one night. Nice city hotel in center of the town. Room was small butit has everything what i ned for one night stop. Comfortable bed, pillows were too hard. Shower/toilet insame ,tv. Only minus what i fnd was there is no elevator and my room was in third floor....lots of steps

Reviewed By Jun Kai LA 2 star hotel, but definitely feels more luxurious than that. Rooms are clean and spacious, with ample facilities in the room. The toilet is adorned with white marble walls, which is absolutely clean and beautiful. The hotel is located a stone's throw away from the beach, convenient for a morning walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. A good, comfortable place to stay if you would like to be away from the city.

Ấn tượng đầu tiên là anh chị chủ nhà rất dễ thương, giúp đỡ vợ chồng mình từ lúc đặt phòng và nguyên trong kỳ nghỉ của bọn mình, anh chị luôn cho bọn mình cảm giác như chúng mình là những đứa em trong gia đình, mình nghĩ đây là điều mình thích nhất ở đây. Tiếp tới phòng ngủ sạch sẽ và khang trang, mình bất ngờ với homestay nhỏ như thế này nhưng được trang bị Tivi ở trong phòng có thể kết nối được với điện thoại, có ấm đun nước, tủ lạnh hoạt động rất tốt, trong phòng có nhiều kệ để đồ, đã có máy lạnh rồi nhưng anh chị vẫn lắp thêm 1 cây quạt điện. Anh chị làm trần nhà rất cao cộng với cửa sổ làm cho phòng ngủ cực thoáng mát. Đặc biệt mình có thể nấu ăn tại đây, không gian bàn ăn của bọn mình là ở sân vườn dưới tán xoài và những bóng đèn vàng ấm, background chụp hình cũng bao ảo luôn. Trúc Nguyên homestay chỉ cách chợ và biển khoảng 100m. Bạn nào tới Vĩnh Hy thì hãy tới đây ở nhé, mình là người làm trong nghành nhà hàng, khách sạn mà mình đã là fan trung thành của Trúc Nguyên luôn rồi và mình muốn lan toả tới tất cả mọi người.

Reviewed By Игорь ЧНе знаю когда его построили, но такое ощущение, что совсем недавно, все в номере новое, живности совсем никакой нет! Был самый маленький номер из существующих, маленький конечно, но на 1 человека отлично, даже вдвоем нормально будет, кровать большая! В номере кондиционер, стол, 2 стула, шкаф, кровать, балкон, окно на балкон во всю стену! Вайфай работает хорошо, кроме выходных когда приезжают местные с китайцами, тогда раз через раз, но в общем нормально! Даже горячая вода есть, кому надо. Был телевизор, но я его не проверял. Убирают хорошо, за исключением всего того, что под кроватью. Оставлял на столе денег за уборку, не взяли...дают каждый день 2 0.5 воды бесплатно. Но для азии белоснежные полотенца это что-то, надо аккуратно фрукты есть, чтоб не заляпать)))) Нет только сейфа, но все, что оставалось в номере, ничего не украли. На каждом этаже висят камеры Расположение с одной стороны в 150 метрах от дороги, от этого в отеле тихо, с дугой стороны до пляжа 8-12 минут пешком, и попадаешь на центральный широкий и грязный пляж. А по жаре идти до пляжа не самое лучшее занятие... Утром на пляже пару местных купаются, пусто и спокойно, но вот вечером как на рынке, народу тьма! А в выходные китайцы с местными приезжают и все они толпами обитают на этом пляже! Фруктов рядом не продают, нужно идти в магазин(минут 15-20 пешком) или ехать на местный рынок. В магазине можно купить все необходимое, типа нашего Ашана, фрукты как повезет, то есть выбор, то нет, цены адекватные. В целом отель хороший, если брать байк. Фанранг спокойное тихое место, но если не брать байк, то лучше брать отели на 1 линии и подальше от центрального пляжа.
