Tai is the best tour guide! I was traveling without my husband, by myself, my elderly mom, and two young daughters. Tai went above and beyond. He got into the pool and swam with my kids, rafted is around, climbed the mountains with them. My 3 year old was tired from walking so Tai carried her down the steps from the monastery. He seriously went above and beyond. The tour was well organized and the restaurants he chose were quality local fare. Thank you for a great trip. I almost forgot he took photos of the whole trip for us and carried our bags etc. Really nice guy!!!

We had great trip to Vietnam thanks to the great customer service provided by Custom Vietnam Travel and all of their staff, especially Liliana Pham. We were two couples who decided to make the trip after many months of planning with the help of Liliana. The first stop in Hanoi was excellent with good accommodations and everything was open. One highlight was the cooking class we took that introduced us to fresh Vietnamese cooking and shopping at the markets. We also took a day trip to Tam coc which was great. We then went to Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Danang and Saigon. On each step of the way we dealt with Liliana who made sure our trip went smoothly, despite the difficulty of travel during the threat of the Covid-19 virus. She helped us re-arrange our itinerary and had incredible patience as we substituted a few new activities. We particularly loved Hoi An with its colourful atmosphere and fantastic restaurants and scenery. Our drivers and tour guides were all very helpful and courteous and definitely helped us get the most our of our trip. Liliana even managed to get us on a different boat for the trip up the Mekong Delta and we ended up with the boat to ourselves! Since our trip was cut short (we did not make to Cambodia), Liliana arranged for the company to reimburse us for the lost portion of the trip. Overall, I would highly recommend Custom Vietnam Travel and their representatives like Lilana who clearly go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude and also pride in the rich culture of their country.

It’s a nice tour, the guide was very friendly. They also helped me get a beautiful birthday cake for my girlfriend as it was her birthday. Going to the white sand dunes however cost an extra 650k to rent an atv for 20 minutes, otherwise they say you can walk but that’s almost impossible to do.

Great operator great guide! Dong looked after my family very well he was funny. Snorkelling in Mun Island was difficult to get in and out of water because of rocks. But we saw some nice fish. Second island Mieu was lovey sandy beach where you can relax or do some marine activities (I found it expensive ) lunch was delicious. Dong never wanted to rush us so we spend good length of time there. I will recommend this tour. We had a great day.

I came about his company from tripAdvisor having an excellent rating and good reviews. I contacted Ms My Tien Rachel who was very eager and helpful in ways on my querries, bookings and tours. I booked my post Christmas vacation and upon arrival in Hanoi - my Halong bay overnight cruise ( she upgraded me to King's cruise), my Sapa tour, Fansipan, Hanoi city tour and up to bringing me safely to the airport on my way home - ALL ARE SMOOTH and I RECEIVED THE BEST SERVICE on this vacation. Special credit to my tour guide in Hanoi ( Mr. Koa and his safe driver) and Ms. Thao La Lala and his driver Lolo on my Sapa and Fansipan trip. ALL of them provided me with a good tour guiding services and assistance. I and my companion were treated like VIPs. I will definitely arrange another trip with them in Vietnam this coming autumn.
