Reviewed By del_2011229New hotel, nice room very good beds, very clean, location OK, about 5 to 10 minutes to the beach, but the road is quite bad, staff very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, with several choices of meal, nice and very clean pool. The coffee at breakfast was not to good.

Reviewed By billythomsonOnce again a great holiday at this lovely hotel, the owners and their staff make us so welcome every year and can't do enough for us, also if you are in need of a pharmacy there is one 50 metres away from the hotel with green letters, it's a privately owned pharmacy, not like the one next next door with blue letters, that is part of a big company and charges nearly double the price for the same items, we'll be back next year

Reviewed By Thomas KWe liked our stay for a good price with a small breakfast included. Good food at the restaurant, the spa could need a refurbish, but all in all a pleasant stay and we will come back! The beach is a 20-25 minutes walk.

Очень приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин - заселил даже когда приехали в отель в 7 утра без проблем. В номере все лаконично, есть холодильник и балкон. Нет фена- берите с собой. Уборка каждый день. До моря минут 10 пешком мимо магазинчиков и кафе - это удобно, можно по дороге купить что нибудь на пляж.

Reviewed By Lavinia CIt was my first trip to Bulgaria and to this hotel, and I have to admit I was a little stressed out since this hotel did not have any reviews and is only a 2-star hotel, but I am happy to say that our stay was more than perfect. About the hotel: The staff is very friendly and they helped us even to exchange in LEVA currency, our money, at a better rate than at exchanges. The room we had was with the balcony on the street, so again I was stressed about the noise, we had room 201, but it was very quiet, the AC worked ok, the TV as well with international programs as well. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean ( the cleaning was done every day and the sheets and towels were changed after 4 days ). The only small inconvenience was the refrigerator that we had to unplug at night being very noisy. The breakfast was different every morning for 7 days and it was big and delicious, with coffee and water included. The hotel is on the main street and is at an 8-minute walk to the beach. Close to the hotel, you have non-stop shops, restaurants. Also, they have gated parking, for free. For the small price that we paid for this Hotel and this vacation, everything was above our expectations. Kranevo is a small place with restaurants, but you do not have a lot of things to do in the area, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, a very big and beautiful beach, then this would be the perfect place for you.

Great 7 day Holiday
Reviewed By chrissylobBoth myself and my partner were unable to get away this year till august must say i wouldnt choose August but it was the only month available. I looked for last minute deals on Jet2 and came across this Hotel,we were not disappointed at all.We had bad reports of Sunny Beach but as luck happened we were just on the edge of the very busy part of sunny beach so didnt hear any loud music at all. Food was good always something to temp your taste buds the only downside is that the evening meal is finished at 8pm so you needed to be down for 7 15 pm at the latest. I realised why that was as the Hotel has the grounds at the front and they are a restaurant for the public so i dont think they can cope with the orders and the hotel guests. We did eat out 4 times because of that reason. Pool area is good,the weather was great hottest was 28 deg that suits me fine as i do not think i could have managed with the spanish weather it has been 35 degs and more. About lunch time we noticed a lovely breeze start up which made it great to sit in. Rooms are small but nothing to moan about (as i have seen on other reviews )beds very comfortable made up daily by the lady. The bathroom was like a wet room and at first we thought it was just a shower hooked on the lower wall,made it a bit of a problem trying to wash and hold the shower at the same time,but after 3 days i noticed a shower head in the ceiling,are we dopes.There is a fridge in the room and it was very handy,also good Air conditioning also the Hair Dryer is by the mirror in the bedroom (first time ever i have had that) always in the bathroom. A must if you are in Sunny Beach is a trip to Nessebar old town,if you take the bus it is 1 30 Lev but BEWARE!!!!!!! My partner had his wallet stolen from his front pocket it must have been as we got on the bus as he stood on the stairs all the way with nobody by his side.After we got off the bus we cancelled his cards and finally we walked around the old town lucky i had some euros in my bag we got them changed and had a meal there. We will definatly come back to Bulgaria maybe this hotel or might try Nessebar instead.

Отель уютный внутри. добираться лучше на машине или такси, впрочем, от автобуса, идущего на Золотые пески, тоже можно, но оттуда все же придется ловить такси. Таксистов полно. Хозяйка отеля была очень любезна и забрала нас с остановки. отель от пляжа довольно далеко, да и от Кранево, где магазины-рестораны, тоже. пешая прогулка вниз займет примерно полчаса, через Марина Бей комплекс, довольно круто идет вниз. обратно лезть не решились, добирались вверх на такси, примерно 10 лев снизу от Кранево. Можно сбить до 7-8, но надо торговаться, таксисты достаточно борзо задирают цену. до пляжа идти дольше, еще минут 15 после спуска. лучше Центральный пляж, чем близлежащий. Дорога достаточно живописная, много цветов, бабочек, правда, присутствуют и досадные кучи мусора. завтракать и ужинать можно в отеле, надо только заранее говорить, что хочешь, и в каком примерно часу. людей в отеле мало, все внимание хозяйки Джульетты принадлежало нам. Спасибо ей за внимательное отношение! ключ от номера выдается один, оставляется в отеле при уходе. номер чистый, скудновато обставлен, но в целом ничего. кровать достаточно удобная, по ночам бывает довольно прохладно, одеял нет, предлагается накрываться покрывалом от кровати. телевизор небольшой и не плоский. утюг и холодильник находятся в коридоре, для общего пользования. в общем и целом, для уединения очень подходит. все развлечения внизу, в Кранево. советую съездить в Ботанический сад в Балчике - прекрасный сад! Таксист с нас взял 40 лев туда-сюда. погулять по саду спокойно - 3 часа минимум! и можно гостям выдавать отдельный ключ на вход, чтобы они сами заходили, если уже поздно и отель закрыт. после двух уборок в номере под кроватью все еще лежал тюбик, оставленный предыдущими гостями. на третьей он был таки обнаружен и вытащен. в целом к качеству уборки претензий нет. насчет тихих спокойных вечеров - внизу в деревне есть отель, где очень шумная анимация и музыка, что разносится по всей округе. так что прям тишины нет, нам это не мешало, и отель тут не виноват ))) просто для инф.
