Absolutely worth it for the price which is offered. Apart of that the metro station is very close and easy access to go to the centre of the city.

Price=quality.Location: a bit complicated for people who don't know the area but close is supermarket with all necessary and metrostation is 20min by foot.Close to the city centre by taxy(5km). Restaurant "ЧЕМОDAH" is perfect, food delicious, good service,very nice summer terrace in a small garden closed from road, green and cozy.prices are normal if compare with other Kharkiv restaurants.

Reviewed By pepsomaticWe were there in January 2019 and I think we were the only guests there ! The 310 room was very nice and clean, but the pictures are a bit nice. But still absolutely in order and according to the price. When we arrived on the first evening the credit card system did not work and so we had to pay cash. But this happens all over the world ! In the room everything worked perfectly ! Only the television program I did not understand completely but since we did not intend to see TV anyway is that to get over. The room was very clean and absolutely perfect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. As we were the only guests in the hotel we were asked if it was okay to have our breakfast in the room which we also enjoyed. It was served punctually and very extensively. However, it was a little awkward to eat without a proper table. So the next morning we decided to have breakfast in the restaurant. It was a little bit unpleasant for me since I had to determine that we were still the only ones and for it 3 coworkers were locally. But not a second would tell us that we were annoying. Quite the opposite, we would be supplied like kings. Even when we wanted to have a warm meal around 22:30 it was completely normal for the friendly staff to prepare a great meal for us. And that although they already started to cover the tables. This hospitality and this service are already worth 4 stars! Even if we asked small things or questions about the internal telephone to the reception or ordered it never takes longer than 5 minutes and everything was done to our complete satisfaction. A great holiday in Kharkiv and the hotel had a big part in the fact that we felt very well there. We will gladly come back !

Their breakfast was very delicious.. All in all if you need a stay in the city center and you don’t plan on staying in the hotel (other than sleeping) i highly reccomend it.

Although the hotel is not in the center of the city it is in walking distance to the Metalist stadium and the metro system is excellent and the taxis are affordable. I highly recommend this hotel! I give it five stars!

Reviewed By DenisVEnjoyed my stay at Four Rooms. Amazing reception staff - helpful and professional. Great, but pricey restaurant which offers a wide selection of options. The quality of food is really good. The rooms are nicely designed, but starting to wear off. I enjoyed the backyard. The area is not very tourist friendly, but a short cab ride from the metro station (5 min) or downtown 10-15 min. No traffic jams.

Reviewed By WalkerObuddyWas meant to come here with my Ukrainian friend but as he was ill I came alone, it's a 3-5 minute walk to the metro which is fine and easy to remember, the room was big and nice, good walk in shower, staff didn't speak English but that was no problem as they were friendly and knew some key words if you needed to ask anything, overall a very nice stay and great price

Terrible and dangerous place!
Reviewed By Zhanna LIt was late arrival 23:30, hotel itself was closed.I found a paper outside with telephone number on. There was stated that you have to call if want to enter after 23:00.Guardman appeared in 5 min and showed me my room. As soon as I stepped in the room I noticed strange smell(smoke+dust+smth unknown).As you may guess there was no one at reception to claim, so I slept whole night with open window with hope that the smell will disappear.it didn't happen and in the morning I got up with headache. When I tried to dry my hair the hairdrier started burning!! It was 8 am.Still reception is silenting,no one avaliable. I was forced to leave the room,shocked by recent fire,with wet hair in hope to find someone from administration. They proposed me to dry my hair in another room,so I did it quickly and left hotel,as I already was running late. I kept the window open for all day and when came back in the evening found that smell is still in. In an hour and a half I started coughing because of it,so I called receptionist to inform and asked to propose me another room. As I couldn't stay there anymore.It was expected that hotel manager haven't noticed any smell, commented that it is sign of "cleanness" and proposed me to stop simulate!I was shocked again by such hostile behaviour, they we're completely closed without any intention to help.Actually,they didn't care,as two nights were already paid.Literally escaped from that awful place at 10 pm. And fortunately was hosted by another hotel. Clear,that no reimbursement was proposed to me,nothing.It is dangerous,terrible place. Keep away from this "hotel" if you care about your health, time and good mood.
