Right on the beach
Reviewed By Markus KLiked the hotel a lot. Reasonably priced for very nice rooms with aircondition, balcony and a large refrigerator. Small details such as a rope on the balcony to hang wet towels and a safe was also nice. The hotel is practically on the beach. Sunbeds and beach towels are provided free of charge. A very nice outdoor restaurant in front of the hotel with a tasty selection from the grill to chose from, and serviceminded staff. Wifi is fast and stable, and is also accessible on the beach. If you want to go into town the bus stop is in the immediate vicinity on the main road. Bus no. 15 which departs every 5 minutes. The bus also stops at the railway station. They clean the rooms every third day, but if you ask at the reception they'll change e.g. towels upon request. This also means that you have to ask the receptionist for toilet paper if you run out. Very strict policy regarding check in time. Arrived 13.00 after an 18 hour train ride from Kiev, but had to wait until 14.00. Would definately come here again.

Convenient place for stay in Berdyansk
Reviewed By George TWe ended up in Berdyansk because of work and all were booked in Hotel Arle. Hotel is located not far from a crowded beach, like 10 min walk, has a nice yard with a restaurant. Lady at the reception was really nice and we checked in quickly. I guess general policy of the hotel is that all services are to be paid in advance, therefore we were asked to pay for the rooms right away. Same rules apply in the restaurant. Hotel has no elevator and i had to drag my 25 kilo suitcase on a 4th floor and that was not amusing at all. Breakfast is rudimentary, you can find basics and ask for a good coffee for a separate charge. Rooms are OK, i had a so called superior room. Mini bar is available, good supply of towels. I guess mosquitoes are a general problem in Berdyansk but door to my balcony had a special net, therefore they did not reach me. Overall normal place for a stay, considering that in Berdyansk you do not find lots of choice.

Reviewed By Ксения ВВ Бердянске были год назад. Цена и качество друг другу соответствуют. Заплатили недорого. Кушать ходили в рестораны рядышком. Вай фая не было. В номерах чисто. Мебель не новая, но в целом уютно и без проблем.

Reviewed By statsevichГостевой дом нам понравился - чистое уютное место, номер с удобствами,кондиционер работал исправно, есть полотенца, постельное и их меняют по требованию. Администратор Алена очень внимательна,предлагает свою помощь, вобщем, она решит любой вопрос и поможет. Двор достаточно большой, есть мангал, веревок для сушки белья тоже хватает. Ночью тихо, да и днем тоже детскому сну ничего не мешало. Общая кухня большая, плита на 4 комфорки, когда в конце июня стали массово заселяться люди, то не хватало, конечно, места для приготовления, приходилось готовить после отбоя, как говорится. При бронировании был обещан повар, однако в штате работников он появился (точнее, она) только через дней 5, когда нам самим уже пришлось наладить свой быт и решить вопрос с едой ( ездили с 2мя мален.детьми). И все же заказали суп на обед по цене 30 гр. с человека при средних ценах в кафе по пути к пляжу 20-25гр. Ничего сверхьестественного, хотя, отзывы о поваре хвалебные, в наших порциях ни один пятячок (или курица, мы так и не поняли), не пострадал, мяса не было вообще. В день отьезда мы взяли 2 компл.обеда и были разочарованы полностью и еще раз убедились в том, что повар, мягко сказать, не очень (была мама повара) - мясо в супе было, однако компот водяной с характерным для тех мест запахом воды, помидоры в салате испорчены, подгнившие попадались.Ну и не стоит этот обед тех денег, что за него просили, учитывая, что за меньшие деньги по пути к пляжу можно купить больше и вкуснее. Из минусов могу отметить только тот факт, что море далеко....расстояние заявлено небольшое, но придется идти по пересеченной местности, пройти 6 ж/д путей (либо старый мост, где прсвечивается в некоторых местах асфальт), вместо тротуаров плиты лежат, между ними ямы и перед самым пляжем снова рельсы....но это вопросы к инфраструктуре, конечно, однако дороги там ...в общем, идти до моря 25-30мин., это долго и тяжело, так как коляску нам приходилось нести. Ну и пляж - ооооочень много людей, вода грязная, туалет далеко - дети писяют при всех в море....есть хорошие пляжи, но до них нужно добираться на авто, тогда есть смысл жить поближе к тем пляжам. В общем, отдыхом в отеле мы довольны, ребята стараются обеспечить гостей всем необходимым,отдыхаюших много и много постоянных жильцов. Спасибо!

Ужасный сервис. Так и не удалось заселиться
Reviewed By Olya FИстория неутешительная :) К сожалению, обзор номера люкс сделать не получится, но номер полулюкс очень плох за свои деньги: Забронировали номер люкс за месяц 2000 грн / сутки на booking. Оплатить заранее на сайте возможности нет. Мы сообщили, что готовы заплатить на карту, но без ответа. Бронь оставалась активной. С утра в день заселения позвонил администратор и сообщил, что "возникла накладка с номерами", когда уже были на полпути. По приезду нам сообщили, что наш номер стоит 2800 грн (начало мая), но он занят и нам могут предложить полулюкс за 1500 грн. Условия были значительно хуже, потому нам этот вариант не подошел. При попытке обсудить ситуацию администратор начал повышать голос, кричать, что он звонил (куда, когда?) и мы не брали трубку и в таком духе. Суть его послания: мы (отель) на букинг вообще не обращаем внимание, надо было звонить, сами виноваты. Остается большой вопрос - зачем размещать свой отель на сайте Booking, если его правила для вас не важны. Мы быстро договорились с отелем, который находится прямо через дорогу (условия намного лучше, вид на открытое море, много мелких приятных нюансов и цена была на тот момент еще и ниже). Сказали администратору, что готовы были остаться в номере, который бронировали изначально (который нам даже не дали посмотреть), а этот полулюкс нам, к сожалению, не подходит. Вместо извинений и предложения приехать в следующий раз, нам начали в спину кричать, чтобы мы "не звонили в букинг и в следующий раз брали трубку". Потом общались с людьми по поводу ситуации и оказалось, что это не первый случай каких-то неприятностей с этим отелем. Очень хотелось назвать отзыв "сервис по-украински", но вот в отеле напротив тоже украинский сервис, но в хорошем смысле этого слова. Было бы здорово, чтобы украинский сервис у всех ассоциировался с гостеприимством и высоким уровнем, а не хамами, которые хотят только получить побольше денег за сезон.
