Great little cafe/bar for a good coffee and cake when taking a break from shopping. There is a warm friendly atmosphere and comfortable armchairs

Recently opened and thought to be the "in place". The hotel sun-resort and restaurants are new built on the spit, an arm of land streching into the Asov Sea. The perfect location for a top class hotel which this has all the appearances of being. It would appear that no expense has been spared on the building. The "La Terrassa" restaurant was disappointing because it did not come up to the standard that the image tries to portray. The restaurant seats are too close together so it is not possible to leave your seat without disturbing the person behind you.There was also the "compulsory" cinema size screen TV which played music videos(?). Upon paying for the meal, there is no point of sale terminal, and we had to walk round to the hotel foyer to pay; this was not only inconvenient, but being right on the beach, snow on the sand, and the sea partly frozen, combined with a wind from the sea producing a chill factor of minus goodness knows what I assume this is not what the management invisaged as an image of this otherwise intended flagship hotel. The menu prices are very reasonable given the exchange rate on the day was about 10uah to US$ 1(previously about 7). The meal itself was interesting, we had the grilled prawns, 3 for 65uah. These were served on a plate suitable in size for a family sized Turkey, but luckily only two of us ordered a starter so there was just enough space on the table. We committed the usual mistake in Ukraine of ordering the starter and main course together so the dishes arrived as soon as they were ready, our second course sitting beside the first course until we had finished. On ordering the lasagne as a main course I was asked if I wanted it "al diente" which impressed me, but I was disappointed when it arrived, although the pasta was "al diente" I have eaten more flavoursome lasagnas from the Tesco Value ready meal range! The other dishes were good, but being fortunate enough to come from a family where the women are good cooks, I go out to eat expecting the food to be better than I would eat at home, and the prices are high for local people. This is confirmed by the car park being full of new Porsche, BMW, Lexus & Toyota 4 X 4s. A nice touch was to supply the ladies with a Burberry blanket/wrap when they felt cold, it is cheaper than turning up the central heating. On the plus side the staff where very nice, warm and friendly perhaps a little enthusiastic in removing dishes almost as soon as the last bite had been raise to your mouth! It would appear that the hotel was empty because all the room lights on the top floor were lit on our arrival & departure it did give warmer appearance to the hotel but looked very posed for!

French bakery is a stylish place with nice music and decorations. They serve self-baked buns, croissants and other pastry. Coffee is not their strong side. Also they have just a couple of small tables. So I strongly suggest to take away. However when it's warm they have tables outdoors. In my opinion pastry is good, drinks - bad. Take away and eat home or in Prego with good coffee.

My Dining Partner ordered Steamed Salmon, I ordered the local Fish from the Menu what was not available. Instead I ordered grilled Catfish.
My Partner got the Salmon in normal time! After a few reminders my "Catfish" what was Flounder arrived 20 minutes Later!
We asked for the Desert Menu and got instead the Main Menu without the Desert.
My Partner who is Ukrainian had to ask again for the right Menu who had only Cheesecake, Tiramisu and Ice Cream! But they did not had Tiramisu or Cheesecake and we did not fancied Ice Cream!
We were even more Hungry after the small Portions so we ordered a Shrimp Salad and Cheese Board.
I was happy to ordering Cheese instead of a Sweet.
My lovely Ukrainian Girl had just ONE Shrimp as decoration on her greasy "Shrimp" Salad.
Each of us had just one Glass of Wine and the Bill was 700uah what is twice as much I paid for a similar excellent Meal in the Beachfront "Nautilus".
Or three times as much in in one of Bar Restaurants in the 1km long Boulevard leading up to Seafront.
Were you get a betters Service and much better Quality of Food!
All in all the worst Restaurant experience in my 4 Month travelling throughout the Ukraine!

the menu was varied with a good choice and very helpful staff we had pork with mushroom and a cream sauce and a pancake with banana the food was very good we plan to eat here more

We've been here twice and we had tasty dishes, generous portions, great prices, and good service. We especially enjoyed the salad with duck and healing vegetables, the pork ribs, the mackerel, the mussels in wine sauce, the bottles of citrus teas they serve, the bread chips and the dessert like a cheesecake with salted caramel on top. All the flavors were so good, especially since a lot of their foods are done on the grill.

I took 3 meals at Arle in the off-season (late September) when the place was essentially deserted. I had a delightful waitress with a smart phone translator so instead of the usual pointing at pictures and grimaces the ordering was fun. A very extensive menu; I have no idea how they can stock it in slow times. With good instructions I had three different Ukrainian dishes on my 3 visits, and wonderful borscht each time. Good inexpensive choices for wine-by-the-glass. It was a pleasure to go to Arle. When I left I felt I was leaving a friend behind.

Почему-то кофе наливают всегда меньше, чем заявлено в меню.
Ходим ради посиделок с друзьями на уютных диванчиках. Уже смирились с недоливом. Только интересно, неужели это им реально что-то экономит?!

A very nice place near the sea. Great staff and decor. Good desserts and drinks. Nice choice of hamburguers. But the name suggests steaks and here, it all goes down the drain. Even though the meat is soft, it is very blend. In such a place you'd expect some taste in your steak. And the portions are a bit small. Great beer though
