Reviewed By Relentless SI am really impressed by Hotel Idol in Targovishte. I had no expectations for it, so my mind was totally blown away by its high standards. The service is great, the rooms are clean and stylish, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and polite. Everything inside Hotel Idol screams for absolute professionalism. The next time I travel to Targovishte I would definitely stay there. Congratulations to the management which succeeded to keep such a high level of service and comfort for the guests!

Perfect and very polite staff
Reviewed By kriszdravkovI was here for two nights. The staff was very polite and helps with restaurants and other giveways. The room was big enough and clean. I enjoyed my time here. There is well prepared garden where you can dring your morning tea. I was without car, but I think there is no parking problem and has enough space for it.

We also offer relaxing SPA procedures and a very kind and polite stuff. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, Hotel Chateau des Bergers is the right choice for you!
A place with great potential
Reviewed By AnetaSabevaA hidden pearl in the vineyards of Targovishte rural area. Brand new, beautifully designed hotel with great view from the rooms. The issue here is that the staff is not trained to offer even basic customer service. Being a late and only guest of the hotel I found the lights switched off and the reception empty. Luckily there is phone number left at the door. In the restaurant I was asked to choose a salad without lettuce as they didn't have. I was recommended to try the yogurt with locally made strawberry jam which had an artificial smell and colour and not a single strawberry inside. Initially I was told that I can't order wine by glass as they are a boutique winery but after talking to someone the guy sold me a glass of wine. Breakfast is included in the price but you must pay for the coffee. There was no hot water in the bathroom but this was not a big issue for me as the weather was quite hot. Bed linen, towels and bathroom were very clean, but from the carpet you could tell that it is a pet friendly hotel. Hopefully we see this place developed and more customer oriented.
