This was my fourth trip to Ekaterinburg in the last 6 years. I've been to Krasna Hata in all of them, and more than once per trip. This is a beautifully decorated restaurant, serving typical Russian and Ukrainian food. I'd recommend the herring salad, the varenykes (specially the cherry ones) and the sausages. All that with abundant vodka. ÐÑиÑÑного аппеÑиÑа!

Had two hours to kill before our train was leaving so we decided to eat something. Stumbled upon Tanuki and we had an excellent assortment plate full of delicious and fresh sashimis. Really nice ambience, very good food and drinks as well as desserts. The initial service was a bit slow though.

Huge menu and anybody can be something he/she likes. Delicious food, fast service, reasonable prices, beautiful design. Definitely recommend this place. You need a reservation since this restaurant is very busy.

We ordered a selection of food, including a soup with mixed meat, a beetroot and potato salad with cured fish, frozen sliced whiting fish, rabbit stew and salmon/halibut kebabs. All were amazing, plus 4 shots of vodka and a beer We got complimentary limoncello from the very helpful, friendly and smiling (a new experience for me so far in Russia!) staff. All that came to R2145. Not a cheap meal, but certainly a great one!The café itself is interesting, based around a blacksmith artist who looks a lot like Santa Claus!
