On the advice of our guide, we sought out this restaurant located in the Greenwich mall near a metro station. The interior is eclectic with a restored van, a favorite for children. Our waiter spoke some english and they have a huge english menu. They have Georgian wines amongst others. I had the rack of lamb which was excellent. The service was prompt. On a Saturday night the place was crowded and we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table.

We ordered a selection of food, including a soup with mixed meat, a beetroot and potato salad with cured fish, frozen sliced whiting fish, rabbit stew and salmon/halibut kebabs. All were amazing, plus 4 shots of vodka and a beer We got complimentary limoncello from the very helpful, friendly and smiling (a new experience for me so far in Russia!) staff. All that came to R2145. Not a cheap meal, but certainly a great one!The café itself is interesting, based around a blacksmith artist who looks a lot like Santa Claus!

This is one of my favorite restaurant among others from Resta-managment restaurants. They have big variety of steaks (see the name of restaurant:) ) Also they have good choice of International and Russian dishes. Place is also nice, in central part of Yekaterinburg. Interior is rich with some ancient artefacts. Staff is very friendly and highly trained, English is not problem. Chief had trainings in USA for cooking best steaks. Well designed venue is first impression you get. Personel is always friendly and nice, even if you face language barrier. However, sometimes it takes while till someone come to you, especially for further orders. Menu is well prepared, practicaly everyone can find something for themself. Big advantage is their home-made beer. If you ever visit Grott Bar, try one of their delicious burgers with lager.

Good place! The first thing is the atmosphere.Beef Tatar was one of the best I've ever had (and believe me, I had some in my life), then Oliver (vegetable salad with some meat and small egg on top) was amazing as well. We have gone to this restraurant on a Saturday night without a reservation, we took last table, the place was packed. We ordered two most expensive steaks on a menu, meat was great, they grill steaks over an open fire, which is amazing. Atmosphere is very nice and relaxing, wine suggestions were amazing, kid's meal was great,our two year old finished his chicken screwers as a grown man! - very tender and juicy. Plenty of options for veggies and non veggies. Large menu with clear photos of every dish and descriptions in English.I had the beet salad and the Salmon, both were great, and i took a Napoleon cake to go which was ok. You must go here if you visit Yekaterinburg, a Russian pub, with an American theme, with an international cuisine and a great choice of international beers.
