Reviewed By roley86The grounds were wonderful. We had a key that controlled the main gate and the honeymoon cottage was in its own little area. The cottage and pool were great and the room was a great size with everything we needed. There was an issue with the generator on the second night and without hesitation our host, beer, moved us in to a 4 bedroom villa which we had to ourselves which was incredible. We will definitely return!

Good Hotel close to Beach
Reviewed By Ranjit-MuayPros: Close to beach and Sunday Market. Cons: Poor pool. Stayed 24-Jan-2020 for 4 nights in superior room without breakfast. I previously stayed on 23-Nov-2019 for 3 nights in a deluxe room 204 (which was a better and larger room). On check-in the receptionist asked for my telephone-number, social media numbers and took my photograph for 'security reasons'. There is no lift. The security guard recognised me on my second stay and carried my suitcase on his shoulders to the first floor. The deluxe rooms are nicer as they have a balcony with table and chairs, however the frosted-type balcony windows can only be partially opened. The superior rooms without any windows (or balcony) makes drying wet clothes difficult. Kettle and cups are provided. Cleaners come after 13:00pm and new sheets were supplied every day. Toilet rolls were also replaced daily. The wifi was ok for text messages, not for videos. The pool is smaller than it appears in advertised pictures. It looked greenish and no smell of chlorine. I only saw one couple use it during both my stays. The Sunday walking market is on the same street.

Nice secluded cabins
Reviewed By tome102I really enjoyed my recent stay at Palmview resort and would love to come back again if I should ever return to Khao Sok. The resort itself is a little further away from the main road than some of the other places, just a short ten minute walk but this does mean it's a little more peaceful, with only the sounds of the jungle around you. Just remember to bring a torch as the path put of the camp is not well lit at night. We stayed in a superior cottage and although we had an issue with our room at first this was quickly resolved by staff. We found the room very spacious with a nice bathroom and a lovely terrace to sit and enjoy the evening. The hotel restaurant was good and had a decent selection of food at reasonable prices. Overall I would definitely recommend.

The location is great with nice small restaurants and a home-like feeling to it. There is a very nice market on the same street on Sundays, which was a nice experience as well.

Location is quite and beautiful. Shower water is a bit slow but understandable. The resort is not attached to the beach but 5 min walking distance. Anyway highly recommend to stay.

Reviewed By Nudewzz NWhen we read the reviews before we arrived all the reviews said very nice room and clean. But from our experience the firsts hotel that very dirty and not clean. We have to called them to clean one more time and the chemicals that they use for swipe the floor are so bad for smell. We will not stay here and not come back anymore. And not closed to town,luckily that we have car.

A stay in Koh Samui
Reviewed By GrochardI found this residence very close to the beach, about 300m, very pretty, very quiet and much cheaper than a luxury hotel. I spent a week in a very comfortable apartment of about 50m² with all the amenities. The staff are really lovely and very pleasant. They gave me several times during my stay maracoujas to make me juice. No, it was a very pleasant stay that I recommend to all those who want to visit this island and rest !!

Ideal for a long stay
Reviewed By Robin BWe booked the Bulin residence for a 3 month stay. We were picked up from the Airport by an arranged taxi. The owner was waiting to meet and greet us. We had a very large room on the ground floor. The shower room had toiletries for our stay, the electric shower was always very hot. The kitchen could have been better, but we didn't intend to cook very often. The room boy "bomb" was always very attentive and wanting to assist if possible. The owner's daughter spoke the best English, but at time you just have to manage yourselves. We would stay here again
