Styria, Austria Food Guide: 3 Sushi food Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Graz

May 24, 2020 Janean Rudisill

Find out what Sushi restaurants to try in Graz. A bevy of universities give Austria's second-largest city its lively pace. Baroque palaces are a pleasant contrast with 16th-century courtyards and provocative modern buildings. The Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, teems with fine architecture, including the Burg castle complex, with its Gothic double staircase, and the graceful Uhrturm clock tower. A funicular takes visitors up the dramatic bluff. The River Mur dashes through the city, and thermal springs dot the surrounding countryside.

We were visiting the Memori on friday evening and it was really excellent! The quality of the food, the wine accompaniment and the service was very attentive! At first the menu was a little bit hard to understand, but after questions it was clearly explained to us. Moreover, the dishes and drinks are also very imaginative and the attention to detail can be seen! The idea of using the in-house supermarket for customers and for the restaurant is great as well sustainable. Rather a bit inappropriate was the music, which was not optimally matched to the Ambiente and Japanese cuisine. All in one, a delicious restaurant with good price performance and a more than satisfied service. We definitely come again!

Typical buffet style chinese restaurant. Typical greasy food you get at these places from the buffet. However there is a clip system that if you take to the cook he will prepare you some fish or meat in a style from a certain part of Asia ranging from Mongolia to Japan. All in all I wouldnt go to this over any other chinese buffet restaurant. Price was relatively ok for a feed.
