Две отдельные спальни, два санузла, оборудованный кухонный уголок в общей комнате. Балкончик для сушки белья и терраса с видом на море/бассейн. Уборка - ежедневно. Смена постели, полотенец - достаточно часто. Из туалетных принадлежностей - только шампунь и туалетная бумага в избыточном количестве. Ухоженная территория, аккуратные дорожки. Хвойный аромат и стрекот цикад. Тишина: отель семейный. Детки засыпали в тишине. В бассейне не купались: не было необходимости. Продукты покупали в магазинчике напротив. Завтрак готовили самостоятельно. Внимание: мы передвигались только на автомобиле: на пляж, в Созополь, в рестораны. Пешком - вообще не вариант.

The complex is situated in the exceptionally beautiful “Budzhaka” area and offers a unique combination of sea scenery and golden beaches. It is only 100 away from “Bamboo beach”, hit of Sozopol beaches and the past summer, and has 25 suites with kitchen and 14 double rooms, most of which overlooking the bay of Sozopol. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a telephone, TV set with cable TV, mini-fridge-bars and hair dryer in the room. In most of the rooms and suites there is WI-FI Internet, which is free for the guests. The outdoor pool of the complex and the beautifully arranged garden will contribute to your real rest and relaxation. Here you can enjoy comfort, peace and excellent conditions for an unforgettable holiday.
Problem with the booking
Reviewed By 457liliananI'm having really bad experience with the booking at this hotel. A week ago we made a reservation for this hotel in Sozopol, Bulgaria via Trivago and ZenHotels. I've paid for the reservation in advance and when I got to the hotel I was surprised by the news that the reservation did not go through . The receptionist told me the hotel was overbooked and they didn't help me at all with the issue. It was a nightmare to find another accommodation. So now I want my money back but after a week still have no confirmation from ZenHotels. They still "working" on it. Probably will have to open a dispute with my credit card if I don't get refund within a week. So don't use this ZenHotels if you want to have a zen vacation!

Nice apart hotel in Cozopol, 70 m from the Harmani beach and 10 min walk from the Old City of Cozopol. The hotel offers comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioner, wi-fi, cable TV and frige. Studios and apartments are available as well. There are two outdoor pools, restaurant and SPA center on the territory of the complex.

They should change the sheets every 3 days, but they didn't do it about the whole accommodation. When I ask why, the told me: "We are too busy. You will get a compensation tomorrow, but tomorrow they don't do anything. The hotel doesn't have parking, but ONLY expensive cars can park in front of the entrance.

Hasienda Beach Apartments are located on the territory of the large complex Hacienda Beach Sozopol (PLEASE DO NOT CONFUSE US!) 3 km from Sozopol, on the first line of one of the best sandy beaches in southern Bulgaria - the Golden Fish, about 6 kilometers long and 60 meters wide. The beach is in the bay and there are no strong waves and currents, a smooth entry into the water and the general small depth of the bay contribute to the rapid warming up of water and the comfortable bathing of children. Most Hasienda Beach Apartments are located and occupy the entire separate 4-storey building E2 (see photo) of the Hacienda Beach Sozopol complex. Some apartments are located in adjacent buildings.

Reviewed By DeyaNedevaWe stayed a week in the begging of July. We had a nice room (beach & pool view) the food was great, very different and very delicious. Stuff doesn’t speak Bulgarian, they are all from Ukraine, but they understand what you need, if you don’t know how to express yourself in other languages than Bulgarian. We spoke English and Russian to them and it was all fine. They were cute, young people. Animators are Bulgarian and they were great. The beach is one of the most beautiful in Bulgarian and is just 20meters by feet. It’s not included in the all inclusive package, but the prices are very affordable anyway. The swimming pool is big and great, rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. We are even thinking of coming back in the beginning of August again.

Die fantastische Aussicht von der Terasse zur Meeresbucht, die Ruhe, die vielen feinen Details in der Ausstattung des Appartements und im sorgfältig gestalteten Garten in mediterranem Stil, das feine Frühstück von der Konditorei Jenny Patis in Sozopol in vier verschiedenen Varianten, die Sauberkeit und nicht zuletzt die nette und unaufdringliche Art des Gastgebers, der uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben hat, haben unser Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Direkt neben Casa de Oro befindet sich auch ein Fischrestaurant, den schönen Strand von Kavatsi erreicht man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Wir kommen wieder!

Bay appts Sozopol.....a great place to stay
Reviewed By smudger1971The appts are located about a 20 min walk from the Sozopol new town. And 40 mins from old town. The best beach is Karasite beach which is a 20 to 25 min walk accessible from the back of the complex.....dirt track roads which are a little bumpy but a lot quicker than the main road. There is also a little ice cream shop halfway which helped when walking with lounger children. We are a family of 4 and stayed in early August 2018. Our appt had 3 air conditioners and was on the same level, it had all mod cons including washing machine and good kitchen, two bedrooms and comfy beds. If you want to stay in the room we had ask for C5, we came with other families and they had less air con units and some didn’t work.....in fairness though they do sort problems quickly and gave our friends a new appt until issues were fixed. The appts are quiet, the complex is clean and the swimming pool is good. There were no issues with over crowding. Sun loungers were free and readily available. Many of the appts are owned by British and Bulgarian people. The British people were very helpful and offered sound advice on taxis, supermarkets and trips. Some have owned appts since they were first built over 12 years ago and come back every year. There is a nice restaurant across the road called Paradise Bay and we had great food and service. We preferred the Old Town which was quaint with cobbled streets, shops and restaurants. It had a nice feel to it,people were friendly and you felt safe even late at night. The new town is a bit more lively but more down market, still worth a visit, you can get cheaper food and entertainment for the kids is abundant with games, rides and music. The downside of Sozopol are the taxi drivers, be prepared for no seat belts or ones that don’t work. They don’t like waiting whilst you put car seats in and to them time is money. We found a really friendly driver who we used all the time and just called when we needed him. Overall Sozopol is a great place. It is cheap once you are there and we went for 12 days and we’re not bored. We would recommend this place but we won’t return as we like to go to new places. If you want a place that has great weather, is relatively cheap, safe and has good beach and pool then come here. It is not Sunny beach or golden sands...but we came to avoid those places and we were not disappointed.

Amazing complex with private pools

The location is perfect away from the crowded central town area but close enough to everything that you need and perfectly between the old town and Kavatsi beach. The best part about the complex itself is that it’s a private complex of apartments with its own concierge and pool area. They have 3 swimming pools, two large ones and one for small children. There is also a small playground for children. The area is kept clean at all times with full time cleaners on site. Would recommend it to anyone if visiting Sozopol especially with family!

Decent when it comes to value for money
Reviewed By MaksimsReviewsWe spent three nights here and had relatively acceptable experience. The apartments complex is with a nice view in the area Budzhaka. The apartments are spacious with big living room and proper bedroom. The bathroom was small, though. Two issues that we had were: - no air-conditioning in the bedroom, meaning that we had to keep the door to the living room open - the apartments are with furniture and appliances which were suitable for using 10-15 years ago, but now definitely need renovation. Yet, for the price we paid, we were willing to accept that. Parking is small, service is friendly and relatively helpful. Still I would not return there.

Reviewed By Mike BHave just returned from a week's stay with my wife and two teenagers at Kani Studios. Our host agreed to meet us at the airport and was extremely genuinely friendly and most helpful throughout our stay. Our studio was light and airy with great air conditioning, kitchen area and two balconies. The nearest beach is one minute away! ( You just have to cross the street and you are there.) This picturesque beach has golden sand, is clean and is staffed by vigilant life guards. There are several other beautiful beaches only a few minutes walk away and the nearby medieval old part of Sozopol can be reached on foot in about 10 -15 minutes. There are a huge variety of very reasonably priced restaurants in the surrounding area and the choice and quality of the food offered is great. Sozopol also has some great shopping on offer. Jewellery and clothing sourced in Italy can be had for bargain prices. N.B. Our apartment was cleaned every day. We would highly recommend Kani Studios. The professional staff really go out of their way to enhance the holiday experience. Sozopol is a gem! We shall definitely return next Summer! Thanks again Kani Studios!
