Location wise, this is the best restaurant in Sinop (it's located on a floating pier) but other than that, our experience there was not satisfactory at all...
We called this restaurant to make a reservation and we specifically asked for the type of fish we wanted and the person who answered our call said they had it. But when we went there, we learnt that they don't have it, we thought it might have been finished by the time we arrived but the waiter said no, they did not have it for the last two days... we received no apologies... we still ordered, the meals we had were disappointing, especially stuffed mussels were awful but shrimps were very tasty. We ordered a second plate of shrimps, it never arrived despite two reminders...
Finally we decided to leave, asked for the bill. When the bill arrived, we wanted to make sure that they did not include the second shrimp plate which never arrived and we discovered that, yes, second shrimp plate was not included but lots of other dishes that we did not order at all were on the bill.... We asked for an explanation and it was simple: that's next table's order mistakenly added to our bill... we received no apologies at this stage either...
So, yes, the location is unique but so is their ethical approach... I recommend to stay clear of this restaurant but in case you really want to eat here, be careful with your invoice....

Love and care, these two words can describe owner mr. Sabahattin is feelings for his business. We had breakfast with my family and you feel full as the service began. Mr. Sabahattin thinks every detail carefully. Go there you will be astonished to see what man can do if he wants even in the middle of nowhere.

Good seafood restaurant above the fish shop. Blacksea Fresh haddock fried at pan served with onion has been excellent tasty. Hot fresh bean pickle was interesting taste and I have not been tasted before. Very good green salad was very fresh and tasty also.

Arada sırada ZeyDen e kahvaltıya gideriz. Kahvaltısı güzel ve her şey var. Bakır tavada köy terayağında yumurtası misss...Hamur işleri yeşilliği ve kahvaltılıkları taze ve güzel. Gönül rahatlığı ile gidip ailece ya da arkadaşlarınızla kahvaltı yapabilirsiniz. Dışarıda yaparsanız deniz esintisi eşliğinde ve şehitler çeşmesi ve yalı camisine karşı güzel manzarayla kahvalti güzel gider diyorum...Fiatı ise uygun ve kaliteli.

Located in the fishermen's harbour, this place is a traditional Turkish café, which means, it does not serve food but only beverages and you bring your own food with you. The tradition is to have either tea or Turkish coffee and next to your drink, you buy simit (Turkish bagel) from the street vendors or nokul (a pastery that is Sinop's speciality) from a patisserie to eat and then watch the fishermen's boat come and go while eating and drinking.
There is nothing fancy about this place but once in Sinop, you have to experience this tradition. It's cheap, it's relaxing, it's very local.....

Came here for dinner one night as part of a very large group. The food was very good, was well cooked and the service was very good considering we were a group of approximately 20.
I had the steak which was well cooked just how I liked it, it is served with rice, chips and a grilled tomato, the only issue I have with the dish was that the chips were a bit cold.
We had a number of sharer dishes on the table which were all really good including stuffed vine leaves, salads, a type of Turkish sushi. We all had soup to start which was very tasty as well.
I would happily come back here to eat, the staff were friendly and polite, the views from the restaurant are brilliant and the food in general was really good.

Eşim ile döner yemeye gittik . 2 pilav üstü döner 2 ayran 45 tl . Hizmet ve lezzet açısından oldukça yüksek bir hesap. Dönerin lezzeti fena değildi , altında ki pilav ise çok yağlı idi yiyemedik.
