Reviewed By shinobuHotel is on the highway. This is convenient when you want to travel a long distance. Rooms are small, but it is comfortable. Goods that are always ready. TV, hair dryer, large and small towel, toothbrush, yukata, kettle, tea. There is a public bath very comfortable. Shampoo, body soap can be used freely in the bath. There is a convenience store in the 0-minute walk, you can buy freely. Dining room, Souvenir shop is substantial. There is a room that can be used cheaply elsewhere.

Reviewed By Ross-Barry BThe 'Setre Marina Biwako' oozes luxury. From the moment you arrive at the entrance & check-in, to the moment you depart, you will be spoilt rotten. Everything about this facility is total perfection - the staff, although very formal, are also casual & friendly, the room is very well appointed with great views across the lake with the Hira Mountains in the distance, the facilities are top rate and the food is what you would experience at any top class restaurant anywhere in the world. Tip-1 - when you check-in you are given a card telling you the sunset time and I suggest, if the weather is fine-&-clear, you absorb the great view as the sun sets behind the mountain rage. Tip-2 - pour yourself a glass of red wine, get a plate with some nibbles and head to the roof and check-out the view. Tip-3 - don't be in a hurry at dinner, savor the food, wash it down with a nice wine (it took my wife and I 2.5-hours to make our way through the menu). Tip-4 - have your breakfast in your room. Tip-5 - bring some cycling gear and take advantage of the free cycles and head-off over the Biwako-ohashi (bridge) and check-out the view from the top. Everything is included in the cost of your stay so, whatever your purpose for staying at the 'Setre Marina Biwako, you will come-away totally refreshed.

Reviewed By G9737TCkarenwIn this hotel, the room that I stayed was very very big and clean. Staffs is nice and helpful. For the hot spring, the area is big too but it is a bit noisy as many guests in there during my stay. Recommend for stay and it is value for money

久しぶりにペンションに泊まりました。
Reviewed By 康司磯京都から小一時間で行ける手軽さに加え メタセコイヤ並木の中にあるペンション 冬ソナで有名となり今だに人気の並木道 どちらかと言うと北大のポプラ並木みたいですがー。 想像以上に立派な巨木と長い道その終わりかけの小道の果樹園の奥にあり、最初の印象は民家。 中に入ると大きな螺旋階段があって ペンションらしからぬ感じ。螺旋階段のよこがダイニング。大きな家族風呂もあり、 二階が客室。 タオルや歯ブラシ、ドライヤーもあり 浴衣が無いだけでホテルみたいでした。 部屋は和洋室で広く綺麗でした。 食事は和牛の陶板焼コースで柔らかい肉で 高島産のお米はお代わり自由で、美味しいご飯でした。 朝ご飯はパンの焼ける時間に合わせて3通りの時間で焼き立てパンの洋食。 美味しいご飯があるので和食の方が良かったかな？卵かけご飯食べたかったです。 夜はみんなでDVDを見て楽しみました。 沢山のDVDがあり、ゲームや本も置いてあり 楽しい時間が過ごせます。 新緑の季節に是非また行ってみたいと思います。

Reviewed By NORITAMA_4_103アスレチックは一人200円とリーズナブルです。が、案内板が壊れてたり値段相応な部分もあります。ターザンロープも片方は滑り悪かったです。 長い滑り台もあります。こちらは下にビート板がありそれを使うとお尻痛くありません。長い坂を登って滑るわけですが、子供は何度も駆け上がって滑ってました。 今度は泊まってみたいですね。

瀬田の唐橋に一番近い宿
Reviewed By Cosmopolitan811069壬申の乱の舞台になった瀬田の唐橋に一番近いホテルということで選んだ。 瀬田川の中州にあるホテルで、ここがホテルだということを 大津市の知り合いでも知らなかったと言っていた。 古くからある施設のようで、設備も古い。3階のベッド洋室の部屋だったが、エレベーターはないのでご注意。 浴場があるため 部屋のバスを使用せず大浴場に行ったが、割と女性が入る大浴場は専用鍵がついていたりと安全面が確保されているが、こちらは昔のままなのか、誰でも入ってこれるので少々怖かった。 和室の部屋が多い様でしたが、使用した洋室は3人は入れるようになっているお部屋でした。 窓から瀬田の唐橋、瀬田川、行き来するボート練習、まったりと和めました。

Room with a great view of Biwako
Reviewed By dreamerlek91Upon arrival at Omi-Maiko Station(the closest station to Wind Cube), the lady boss fetched us to Wind Cube. The lady boss was really hospitable. We were staying in a room which had 2 queen size bed and a 2nd level which can accommodate more people. Cleanliness was ok. The room had a balcony that allowed us to view Biwako without obstruction. The private beach in front of the place allowed us direct access to Biwako. Water sports can also be done, even though we opted not to. We definitely recommend this place in summer, where it will be warmer than the time we were there. (mid May) Really satisfied with the stay at Wind Cube.
