It just seemed underwhelming, but as the days went on we began appreciating the little things. The area is low key, the bedding was comfy and if you wake up early there is a lot of free coffee downstairs. But if you sleep in you might miss out on free coffee. I am surprised about everyone commenting on how affordable it is, because it is still not cheap. Tokyo is massive and this hotel is not on a main train line so make sure to do your research on where is best for you to stay.

Convenient but Basic
Reviewed By jbushman2017Rather inexpensive hotel in a good location in Setagaya. Essentially you are getting a very small room, at a good price that is equipped with a washing machine and small kitchen area so it is perfect for a single person who will be here for multiple days. I stayed here with my wife and for two, the size of the room is pretty small (Ibis mini like). The hotel has no fitness area or any other spaces other than the rooms and a very petit lobby. I found the front desk staff very accommodating but English speaking was limited. I did love the metro station 30 meters front the hotel and all the shops. I also loved how quiet our room was and what a great night sleep we had. Zero noise! I will be back but if had more money, would probably stay in a place with larger rooms.

地元に日帰り高級温泉ができました
Reviewed By takae1967芦ノ湖温泉から毎日お湯を運んでくるそうです。配達するトラックを道で見かけます。 日帰り温泉は現在はcovid-19感染予防の為完全予約制です。 甘味とアルコールのセットがあります。 何も持たずに存分に温泉を楽しめる場所です。

Horrible hotel and would not recommend to anyone.
Reviewed By Emilymac13Was unable to go to the hotel because of Covid-19 and our countries boarders closed. They refused to refund any money what’s so ever even though we could not physically get to the hotel it was not by choice, every other accommodation supplied refunds in full as they were understanding. This hotel I would not recommend to anyone as the management is awful.
