Reviewed By gsouvrainWe went to Lombok with my wife and we stayed at Seven Havens Residence. The staff were very friendly. The Manager Mr Wawan was very helpful and kind too. The Heavenly Haven room was huge, clean and beautiful and we got an incredible view from it. The breakfast was so tasty and many choices. We really enjoyed our stay at Seven Havens Residence, on of the best place to stay in Lombok ? Can’t hardly wait to come back!

Reviewed By MorenosWhile we didn't stay at Mango Lodge, we can say the accommodation looked really comfortable looking into it with the daybeds and decore. What we can say, definitely is that the food was really nice. We particularly liked the patatas bravas, calamari, meatballs and spanish tortilla (spanish omlette). The prices were also very affordable particularly for such boutiqui food. If down that way in South Lombok, check them out because its worth the effort. The staff are very friendly as well and Wednesdays they have Table Tennis - and there is a dart board which we played around with which was nice.

Had some trouble with the AC as it was dripping water whe turned on, but staff response was quick and they fixed it in no time. Stayed in beachfront ocean view suite and the view was amaazing. Location is kind hard to reach as it is loacted in secluded area, but they can help to arrange car rental. Overall a great stay

The beautiful hills and beaches of South Lombok, from the rooms you look out over some truly lovely scenery. We are only about 700 metres by the main road from a beautiful long white sand beach with clear turquoise water and good swimming and surfing for beginners. Close by (around 10 mins away) is Mawi Beach, an excellent surfing beach for the more experienced surfers. Bukit Indah's private garden and relaxing atmosphere is perfect for those who wish to unwind and spend time swimming, surfing or just reading and sleeping.

Reviewed By cromwellc805I love this place, have been staying in Bukit Indah for a few occasions, the location is great, i use their bicycle to the beach everyday, it takes less than 5 minutes bike ride. The settings of the 4 rooms over looking their garden is just lovely. Great breakfast options. Staffs are always there and helpful.

It also offers 2 floors restaurant & bar upstairs perfect for letting your hair down after full day of beach hopping or waterfalls hunting in this beautiful southern part of tropical Lombok island. Me, after long week of work, I enjoyed their spa treatments like full body massage & reflexology, make sure you book in advance to get reservation as spa etiquette. This pretty gem sits right by the main road, only 30 min from/to Lombok intl airport & Mandalika International Circuit that holds MotoGP Indonesia series, and this lovely tropical home-away-from-home is only in walking distance to the soft white sandy Selong Belanak beach which perfect for relaxed swimming, sunbathing and learning surfing. At their restaurant, one of my fav food is the steak and Indonesian food, enjoyed their big breakfast very much, completed with delicious coffee - they’re the only place having Expat Roasters (the well known specialty coffee producer in Indonesia owned by international award-winning barista). Oh and the Carrot Cake…A-MUST-TRY…home-made with passion by their owner herself. Not too mention Corn Fritters prepared with locally grown sweet corns, I could go on and on! From their bar, I love heir Caipiroska …freshly hand-picked lime muddled with sugar …yummmm! Not only for groups or couple, Bruga Villas with its Surf Kitchen is also suitable for solo-traveler as it feels safe, comforting and convenient. It is indeed perfect little gem for getaway and relaxation!

Reviewed By KatrienV103We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Amazing Lombok Resort : the location is incredibly nice, in between green hills, and close to the beach. The room offers all we need ... and even more. The food is gorgeous, with sufficient choice of local and also Belgian dishes. We hired motorbikes through the hotel, and they helped us with all advise to make a trip to Gili Nanggu, and to Tetebatu. And we spent some lazy hours next to the beautiful pool (nice they don't use chlorine). Next time we visit Lombok for sure we will go back. I can highly recommend Amazing Lombok Resort!

Worst Booking Experience! Save your time and money
Reviewed By git2021So I booked two rooms two nights prior to my arrival. Didnt hear back after messaging over 5 times. Finally the day before my arrival, I received a response saying they could easily accommodate me and my friends. The staff messaged me and asked if I could do a bank transfer for the rooms. Luckily, I am smart enough to never pay for a room before I see it in Indonesia. They were informed of my arrival - 4pm. I came 10 min early to Ola Ola. When I arrived, it was Christmas Eve. So my friends and I planned to spend the holiday in Lombok. On Christmas Eve, at 4pm, as I came to check in, I realized the staff was high and drunk already. They were scrambling to find keys to any room that was available. The male working the front desk was high and drunk and told me his brother had the room keys so we would have to wait til he was done surfing to return. It was 6pm before I decided I couldn’t wait 2 MORE HOURS to check in to my villa on CHRISTMAS EVE. I missed the sunset and spent my Christmas Eve hunting for any available villa. I messaged the two women who organized my stay there and they kept telling me to “hold on” for 2 hours. Unorganized unprofessional and not worth the hassle. My instagram is @giyanca and I do villa collaborations weekly. I stay in high end villas for free but I wanted to support local during my trip because my fiance is from Lombok. What a terrible experience. Will never stay or recommend this place. Disgusting experience
