The new Laut Biru Bar & Restaurant opened in November, 2014 and now enjoys the breeze off the ocean, being situated right on Selong Belanak Beach. The old Laut Biru Cafe has been turned into the reception for Sempiak Villas Resort. The new restaurant is larger than it's predecessor with a rustic wooden bar and comfy places to sit both inside and outside the restaurant, on the sand. For those who visited Laut Biru Cafe in the past, the menu has only changed a little so you will still be able to order a few of your old favourite dishes! We look forward to seeing you here!

With a breathtaking view on the beach and this lovely bay, you can eat here at very reasonable prices. You will be very nice served and especially at sunsettime it is a very romantic place to be.

El Bazar Cafe came highly recommended by our property manager. Accompanying the earthy ambiance, the diverse menu offered so great eats. I had the lamb tangine, as good as I’ve had in Turkey. My son and husband supped on some delicious fish. Don’t miss this place when in Kuta.

We were riding our mopeds around Lombok and stopped by Aura for lunch because one hotel guest at where we stayed (Seven Havens) mentioned AURA was a great lunch spot. And it sure was! Decor is very modern and beautiful, food was very deliciously prepared. That meal would’ve been a fancy meal in the states if you were to eat it in the US. Smoothie was great. The view was beautiful during lunch!

We stopped at Burger Zone as I had read great reviews about the place.
The staff was SUPER friendly an welcoming. The burgers were huge. They were served on a beautiful fresh baked bun with all the fixings. They were juicy and delicious. The fries were fresh cut and crispy.
Yes, it is more expensive than other places in Kuta however, this was a high quality tasty burger and worth every penny!

Set in a 195 year old traditional Javanese joglo this small cafe is warm and welcoming offering good home made food. You can choose from the all day breakfast menu, or have some tasty Indonesian food or just a good cup of coffee or a pot of tea with some home made cake.

What a great little place. The owner and her staff utterly welcoming. You won’t see any food pics from us as we couldn’t wait to start eating it. Rest assured the presentation was gorgeous and taste to match! Great kids options, and they were fed promptly and given colouring in as entertainment. Gave the adults time to chill and choose from the fantastic array of salads, mains and starters. The vegetarian options on point: tofu, zucchini fritters, chickpea cakes, for the carnivores craving fare from home the pies were delightful! Straws are biodegradable, any packaging was non-plastic. Thanks Karen, a wonderful place you’ve created

Not quite sure why this place has got such good rankings on Tripadvisor, we had high expectations but were rather disappointed. The service was all over the place, and the food was ok but nothing spectacular. The rice was somehow rockhard, and they forgot to bring half the order. There's better places to eat.
