Eating out well in Russia is expensive, but if you need to eat you need to eat. Normally in these places the service isn't friendly but they are fast and efficient and professional.The service here, was slow , twice my colleague and I had to draw attention to refill our glasses.
I ordered Schweinhaxe ( roast pork knuckle ) , and asked the waitress to make sure that it was cooked well and the crackling crispy, as the description in the menu says. When it came to the table I reckoned it had been cooked 3 times and heated up in the microwave, so the crackling was more like sponge. OK but it is expensive.

8th Mile is on the road from Tolyatti to Samara and the airport, so quit convenient location. Our table was in a log cabin, where we have a private room. For summer time they also have tables outside. The menu is very extensive, lots of choices. The food was nice, and service was excellent.
Biggest drawback for us was the fact that they have a small zoo, where some animals including a bear are kept in absolutely depressing conditions, extremely small cages, with no attention at all for animal wellfare. Unfortunately, there are more places in Tolyatti which also have such a horrible zoo. The locals seem to love it.

Cool place with fancy atmosphere, tasty food and british beer. The place is not too big, so you feel very comfortable there. There are not many places, where you can order "horse meet"c

First of all its not easy to find right way to the right room with the restaurant... All of us have lost ;)
The restaurant tries to offer czech food, but it is food "like in czech" ... The cook is definitly not czech one.
Next, they offer own tapped beer - not czech one - and gambrinus - czech one but not very good.
What i like very much - huge beer garden. But it already cold for it in September.

Nice evening we spent in this restaurant. Authentic Irish bar atmosphere, live music but not too loud to maintain the communication. I ordered Irish Stroganoff with no regrets, I would strongly recommend. Of course beer - Kilkenny was cold and tasty. The location is quite far from the city center, and this is only one disadvantage of this bar.

Not better place to visit in this town unless you're in love with typical russian way to service in typical "like-a-luxiry" place of typical small russian county. Have to stay here for 4 days and would better visit OJbar - try it, too. The owners of Churchill have no idea about the difference between famous english stiffness and jerky, provincial pathetic dk-head show-off. Not bad interior, but totally unfriendly. Go to somewhere else.
Странное место. Оформлено с претензией на классический английский стиль, вполне достойно. Присутствует некая пафосность, которую учредители видимо спутали с английской чопорностью. Удивило другое, ни в одном месте не указано про желаемый дресс-код, более того, хостесс пустила нас в зал, не предупредив ни о чем и только когда мы прошли и уселись за стол, через несколько минут подскочила администратор с перекошенным омерзительным лицом со следами недосыпа под глазами с грубым требованием покинуть помещение в виду нашего не классического внешнего вида. Дело в том, что если гостей уже запустили внутрь, их уже не выгоняют. В этом тоже проявляется чопорность. Можно сделать кислое лицо, сделать выговор хостесс, но гнать, после посадки за стол - последнее неблагодарное дело. Доступное по моему опыту только в России-матушке. Так что не получилась английская классика. Так, провинциальная пафосная едальня с приукрашенным интерьером. Совок из головы никто так и не вымыл. Видимо в этом городе люди страдают от комплексов, раз им потребовалось такое место. Не стоит заходить.

American style restaurant with good food. I've had burgers and a Cobb salad--all good. It's quite a busy place, but tables are all comfortable for small parties. They have two TV screens that show movies, which are sometimes a bit odd, but interesting. Music is great and staff has always been extremely friendly to me. Prices are not low, but it's normal for restaurants in this area of town.
Random: great bathrooms (not always easy to find).
