Fui a este restaurante más por recomendación de amigos que por los comentarios en Tripadvisor que en general son muy buenos. El lugar, su concepto y su ambiente están bien; es pequeño. Se trata de ármese su propia ensalada, su propio bowl, a su tamaño, pequeño, mediano y grande con una selección de proteÃnas, frutas, quesos, entre otros, todos ellos muy frescos, naturales y bien trozados. Mis elecciones fueron una base de quinua con salmón a las finas hiervas(nada especial, casi sin saber), fresas, champiñones, almendras, aguacate y no me recuerdo más, jajaja, que estuvo bien pero para nada del otro mundo. Mi limonada de Apio no tenÃa limón, solo el jugo de la hoja de apio. Los precios me parecieron normales. El servicio me pareció bueno. El tiempo de espera estuvo bienâ¦

If you are looking for the best artisanal bread and pizza in the Coffee Region, look no further. The Bahareque bakery and pizzeria is one of the best we have encountered in all our travels. We cannot even find this good a rustic bread near Washington, D.C. where we live part of the year. The breadâs texture, quality and taste far exceeds anything we have been able to find in our visits to Colombia. Our favorite is the rustic Campesino Europeo which is a 24-hour, slow-rise, crusty round loaf that retains its moist freshness on the inside for up to a week. We have also tried olive and cheese, granola, raisin, and nut breads. Our second favorite is the multi-seed, whole wheat loaf -- just delicious and super healthy. Bahareque recently expanded to a larger space. They now make pizzas and have a small, European style café upstairs through which wafts the tantalizing aromas of freshly baking bread downstairs. We tried their pizzas through Rappi home delivery the other night and every one of the seven guests said it was the best pizza they had tasted in Pereira and we agreed. The pizza pesto was especially good. This is a local business started by a young, talented baker and his family who are dedicated to providing the best quality artisanal bread possible in Pereira. In our view, they have achieved their goal and more. Give them a try â you wonât be sorry.

My boyfriend and I came across Burger Green yesterday and were blown away by how good it was. My boyfriend is a meat lover and I am a vegetarian. His comment after he ate his falafel burger was: "I could easily become a vegetarian if I can eat like this every day!" I had the De la Casa wrap... so good! The staff was really nice as well. Can't wait to return again while we are in Pereira!

The food at Lola is really good. âAlegrÃaâ pizza is the best (pesto base,cherry tomatoes,fresh basil, fresh mozzarella and fine slices of eggplant). Itâs great for vegetarians. The salads are great. The coffee, teas and fresh fruit juice are delicious,The hot spicy wine is the best.The atmosphere is very cozy, the music is excellent. The people are very friendly and helpful. Sky Lounge is at the top of Hotel Soratama. This restaurant is a nice place for lunch and dinner. Also for business meetings a great option. They have a friendly service and a nice menu. Latinos was located in an almost unseen corner, you can even pass-by and you do not realize that this place is in typical local food. Chef Miguel Angel prepares ancient Coastal and Indian dishes, in Bamboo, or in leaves. He took this time to travel around and re-discover the dishes.
