What a great experience! We spend one morning make pizza and pasta, drinking wine (early, but is vacation right?). We talk about Italy, food, olive olio and many other things. It was a pleasure! If you ever visit Spoleto, don't miss the opportunity to meet this place. If you don't want make pasta & etc, go just to eat and enjoy the delicious food. Thank you Leonardo! This pizza joint is just outside the hill town of Trevi. It was not crowded, but the people there were all locals. You know you have found a winner if the locals frequent the place. We did not have any appetizers, but saw others ordering them (particularly the melon & proscuitto and the bruschetta) and they looked delicious. Many, many items on the menu include truffles, should you want to order some. The pizza was very thin crust and delicious. Friendly service and very inexpensive. You can sit outside or inside. You can also order pizza to go.

Indeed in a place like spoleto where everything is meat this place can make the difference if you like it bio and veggieNice food, both for veggie and meat eaters, delicious bread and nice staff The location is also nice Prices are really low, you can eat well really spending just a few bucks

During a brief visit to Spoleto we discovered Silver Spuleti and had an amazing lunch. We had amazing pinserias (basically a delicious pizza) with local organic cheese and prosciutto plates. The chilled white wine of sagrantino grapes hit the spot and the service was impeccable! Grazie Silver Spuleti!

We spent three wonderful months in Umbria, in a house not far from Locanda di Champeaux. We visited it many times when we needed a quick meal. The pizza is fantastic - the thinnest crust every and wonderful, local cheeses, meats and vegetables as toppings. The staff is adorable - so friendly, young and welcoming. The son and daughter of the owner are the hosts, and they are lovely. The prices are fantastic and the non-pizza items delicious as well. They have a variety of interesting salads large enough to share and pastas as well as classic Italian "second." Don't miss it!

Nice place, good food, impressive starters, main courses are good, but some of them are small. Staff made some mess with order, but generally it was a nice stay.
