We were at le Casaline 5 years ago and returned with great pleasure. The food is consistently excellent, the service friendly and efficient and it was a pleasure to meet again the gentlemen who has served us 5 years ago. Very nice location, beautiful terrace and great views. Again a real pleasure

The Restaurant is very conveniently located near town center. Gem of a building, interior decor and excellent service. We were with a group of 15 with fixed menu. From Marcello and Rita's welcome to the delicious plates of food, everything about The Osteria 2 chiacchiere excites your senses and shows Spoleto at its finest.The atmosphere is charged with friendly laughter and everyone is made to feel like an old friend. The two hosts are skilled at making the whole restaurant feel part of a large family and don't be surprised if you find yourselves chatting with people on the next table. It's that kind of place. It's lovely.There is an abundance of choice on the menu - the antipasti taglieri had a selection of meats and cheeses which were some of the best I've tasted here in Umbria. The primi are culinarily exciting and the 2chiacchiere do their own take on some of the traditional dishes that are fabulous. It's clear the staff are proud of what they offer, as each course is described with such passion that it's almost impossible to resist asking your companions to try the things you didn't order and they did.Your glass is not permitted to remain empty for long either.My family and I had such a magical evening and even made a couple of new friends off the next table. 2chiacchiere in Italian means having a nice chat, and as such, this venue leaves you with the same sense of satisfaction. I reccomend 2chiacciere without hesitation. We had lunch there earlier in the week and dinner tonight. 5stars plus an additional supernova!

Rarely you have the luck to pick the first place nearby suggested by TripAdvisor and find a special place like Cuore & Sapore. You could say that it's a testament to Italian and Umbria's cuisine if you can almost walk into a place at random and have it top the charts of the best places I ever ate at. The average in Italy is so high that it takes an extra gear or two to better it, but this is exactly what this place does: starting with service that was very welcoming and attentive. When it comes to the food everything was homemade and cooked to perfection: from the different types of bread, to the typical pasta, to the desserts. If I was a Michelin guide rater, I'd say that this place is one that deserves a detour if you're in the area.

Another favourite in Trevi,Vecchia Posta always offers delicious Umbrian food. Fabulous home-made pastas with a modern twist, locally sourced cheeses, oil and desserts that are always worth leaving space for. Eat out in the square if you can - with glorious views of the pretty piazza and always people-watching to be had. Always a warm welcome from Marco the owner and his team.

In una location semplice ma ben curata puoi trovare un ristorante dai piatti della tradizione cucinati e preparati con gusto, materie prime di qualità e con tanta delicatezza. L'accoglienza è bella e ti fanno sentire anche coccolati. Un consiglio mi permetto di dare, investire sulla carta dei vini e birre.

A typically Italian authentic meal with excellent personable service and great views .We visit Italy regularly and must say this restaurant is very reasonably priced with locally sourced ingredients and a changing menu.There were 4 of us and we had a great welcome from the owner and his partner .Plenty of patience and enthusiasm to share their menu and philosophy.Hopefully we will return to Trevi next year and re visit Locanda Castellini.Dear friend, we are glad to had you and your friends for dinner and we are happy that you like the food, the wine and the companion.
