I had dinner here recently. For starter I had crabmeat and sweetcorn soup which was delicious. For main I had chicken and prawn satay with chips which was a generous portion and very nice although I've had 'nuttier' satay. For dessert I had sticky toffee pudding which was lovely. The staff are very friendly. Two points are 1) the music always seems to be the same and 2) if you arrive in the time the early bird menu is available the staff won't give it to you unless you ask for it specifically.

This restaurant is only a few years old. But it seems to have hundreds of years experience with the quality and attention they give their food. I usually get takeaway. The portions are huge. Beware! You will get two nights dinners out of them. So one main with rice would nearly do two people. The portions are generous. The food is fresh and very tasty. They do good vegetarian options including lovely tofu dishes. They give you prawn crackers for free, my husband loves them. And he tries the meat dishes and says they are the best he's tasted. We tried the Salt and Chilli Chips for the first time. They're amazing. Lick the plate and look for more!! Fab. Love this place and so glad we have big city quality here in Bandon. Find this place tucked away in a court yard. It's worth it.

We ordered take-away from the Genting Chinese recently. The place is quite with an old feel décor. The food was ok but I wouldn't consider it top class.
