This place is a few kilometres outside of Mendoza but well worth a visit. This outside area is beautiful and very rustic. The food is excellent and I would recommend the pumpkin soufflé as a side dish if it isn’t an option with your meal as it’s the best (as it also is at their sister restaurant in the centre of Mendoza). We loved this place, highly recommended.

This bar with a restaurant is in the location where Ocho Cepas used to be, just a block from the Park Hyatt hotel. Cool bar with crafted cocktails which seems to be the trend in Mendoza right now. If you like mojitos, gin and tonics, cosmos, you can get them here along with pretty good food. I wouldn't go here just for dinner, but for a drink and light meal its a good choice.

Preface: The place was empty except for the smokers outside.We sat down and ordered beers and fries. After 10 minutes, the beers arrived. After 20 minutes, the waiter brought napkins and table ware. After 30 minutes we left. No fries. Crappy service. And you better believe they came chasing after the four of us to get paid for the fries. Are you kidding me???Hello. Im really sorry to learn about your experience at the bar,. The service you received was certainly not what we aim for and as you can see from the other reviews we normally achieve a high level of customer service. I can start by telling you that today we shall address the server who tended your table and the Manager who was in charge at the time. I hope that you and your companions are still in Mendoza as I would like the opportunity to appologise sincerely and invite you to return to the bar to offer you something to eat and drink and to receive the service that you should expect. Went here for a quick beer before dinner. Expensive, tacky, run down - don't bother. The music is loud and the toilets appalling.

We visited the beer garden twice while we were in Maipu. We really liked the atmosphere with the friendly neighborhood dogs, homemade wooden furniture and interesting cover songs. The free popcorn was fantastic, they have menus in english, and the beer, pizza and empanadas are pretty tasty. Great bathrooms and outdoor seating make this place a total win.
