Reviewed By SusyNov1966I have been there 4 times so far. Always with my family . Then we started inviting friends to share this unique site. You feel as if you were at home. The staff is there to help you at all times. And I mean it!! you get served with an imposing breakfast left at your door every morning . Time is not a matter of worry there. You can have it whenever you want to without being disturbed.

Totally new resort opened in December 2013 with a modern architecture that stands out in their natural environment. Both the apartments are equipped and acclimated to make your stay a pleasant break where you can find everything you need to make your stay unique. So also all the amenities that complete the building are designed to meet all requirements (spa, playroom, in-out heated swimming pool, covered parking). I also thought for safety, the resort has 5 monitoring cameras covering the perimeter and internal zones.

Reviewed By Josefina PWe stayed for a week with my two one year olds, my sister and her husband, my husband and I. First the good part. It's close to the beach, it has a nice pool area for the kids, it has a movie collection to choose from. The bad part. The personnel is not friendly at all. Except for the head of the cleaning team, I don't remember her name, everyone else treated us as if we were a burden. Our electricity went out twice and it was hard to get someone to fix it, so much that my husband had to go out to the street were the electric installation is to see if he could fix it himself.... The guy that manages the bar by the pool has a very distasteful choice of music which he will play as loud as it goes all day long. We called twice so they would keep it down during the kids nap time. And we were on the second floor with all the windows closed. The maintenance guy could not be any more unpleasant in the way he addresses everything. He asked us to move out car as if we had committed some sort of felony. The cleaning is mediocre. They will not wash the dishes. Our appt smelled of cigarettes and I had to ask for special cleaning. I would not go back.
