Quite a variety of meals made to order with an eye to eco-friendly ingredients. The Tandoori chicken was very good as was the freshly brewed, fair trade coffee. Another time I had the blackbean burger with avocado. Really delicious. Also liked oatmeal option for breakfast. All within steps of Shrine entrance (and laundry).

We had never tried Alisan Oriental before and grabbed a take away one evening. The restaurant looked to be quite busy, always a good sign, and within 15 minutes our food was ready. They cater for coeliac, Gluten Free, which was ideal. A large choice of GF options and even tweaked a non GF dish to make it safe. The menu was very varied featuring a very good selection of Thai dishes too.Good food! Good portion size! Friendly service! Might even try the restaurant next time!

Have had a takeaway meal from here on a few occasions. .The food has always been fantastic!Has to be one of the best Indian restaurant around.Staff are really friendly too.
