Potchefstroom is an academic city in the North-West Province of South Africa. It hosts the Potchefstroom Campus of the North-West University. For a cheap takeaway, Rio Cafe is your best option. They serve traditional deep fried chips wrapped in brown paper. Add a russian or frankfurter or fish and you have the best meal ever!

We've decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Beef Boys and was curious about what to expect after Reading the last few reviews. But, were we surprised! Not only were the steaks probably the best that we've ever tasted at a restaurant, but the pina colada was excellently mixed. The atmosphere was calm and the restaurant were not that busy (the students were back in their home towns after the academical year). Really an evening to remember.

One of our favourite restaurants. You can always rely on good food and service. Today was no exception. Prompt. friendly and efficient service was the order of the day and food delicious Need to compliment our waitress Ms Georgene! Exceptional service! We do visit this restaurant quite often and can really recommend it!

The pizza is really amazing. The best pizza I have ever tasted. They are certainly not shy with their toppings. The monster is my favourite! The owners are very friendly. They also have some very delicious Deserts that I can never resist.

My favourite restaurant on a Monday for Eishbein and on Saturdays the basket options. Best place to meet with friends over a casual drink and chat. Waiters are prompt and very hfriendly and helpful. Saturdays sports ons big screen is a winner to visit and chat with friends.

Service was ok, bit frustrating. Steaks we ordered was tough as hell! Strawberry Daiquiri had ice chunks instead of proper crushed ice. People outside were smoking even though the area is clearly marked as non smoking, staff were just ignoring this. Not worth going back again

Place for persons/students that love rock music and atmpsphere. Service is good. Decor is rock orientated. Not family orientated. Students is the main attraction. Drinks is avaredge. The Seating is plain and simple with no fuss. Although they have a menu we did not eat anything as it was the first time that we visited the place.

I used to love coming here to treat myself with a slice of their famous delicious cheesecake, but recently I find myself wanting to rather try new places because of the disappointing service. The tables are never cleaned when we sit down and the waiters are not helpful or friendly at all - they act like they are doing you a big favor and have quite an attitude to go with it. The worst part is that it happens EVERY, SINGLE TIME! Very sad because I love the setting!
