Reviewed By Cougs321Great location, clean and modern rooms... this is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and I came back for a reason... the rooms are clean and kept up nicely. The bed mattress was also surprisingly comfortable... most things are working a 10 minute walk from the hotel... there is a barber shop and pharmacy directly across the street from the lobby entrance; just in case you need a trim or toiletry... I am sure when I come to Poltava again, I will also stay at Palazzo again

There is free Wi-Fi. A two-storey restaurant in an old fairy-tale style with a terrace and three summer playgrounds on the water surrounded by colorful fountains and swans. On one of the grounds there is a dance floor for guests, show programs are held. In the restaurant there are 4 halls, decorated in folk folklore style with the participation of characters from the good old folk tale Two baths with separate halls, pools and pavilions, where a set of health procedures is offered: massage, pilling, wrapping. Entertainment: walking on bicycles, riding on velomobiles, carrying out children's quests.

Reviewed By soloviovsoStayed in Glushoman for new year celebration for 2 nights with wife and child. Room was perfect, very cozy. Organization of holiday was very cool, child was amazed of Santa, who made very interesting action for children. Firework was fantastic! Breakfast to the room was at time and very tasty. Imho, ideal place for New year celebration - decor room, restaurant and everything around is very similar to fantasies about new year fairly tale.

Excellent little hotel in Myrhorod

The hotel has only about 10 rooms, but still has some nice amenities like a swimming pool, sauna, good restaurant and a beautiful garden with views on the Khorol river. About 7-10 minutes from the town centre and the area with the spa services. They also let you borrow bicycles from them. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Reviewed By bryllarrived at hotel found out i had booked for following week, no problem but had to book a suite in stead of regular room, price is still reasonable. front desk staff spoke English very well. room (suite) had been refurbished, all new bathroom fixtures, good linen and furniture. small mini bar fridge and coffee maker. television had one English language news channel DW. Restaurant was excellent food for the included breakfast and one dinner and one lunch. menu is russian and English. Nice location on main street but not center but can walk to center square in 10-15 minutes. only issue i had was the terrible wi fi reception. If i stood in the hall way outside my room wifi reception was full strength on my lap top, but move 20 feet inside my room and close the door and reception was essentially non existent. I mentioned to the front desk every morning and they said it was working fine. if they could improve the wifi I would rate this hotel at 5 stars. so I hope they can improve this situation in the future.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, neatness and hospitality at its best. Stayed here for the second time and wish to stay again. Highly recommend for short and long stay. It's location is excellent as it is near to river, park and market.

Saunas and steam rooms are tiny and kind of smelly. Pools smells very hard on chlorine. The rooms are very tiny, like very, i have never been in prison but you know…besides, you have to pay for every single things, like come on, not even coffe guys?.

European? I'm puzzled
Reviewed By SyNaNicI did not really like this hotel. It is located quite far from the city center. Its website indicates that the room should have a mini-safe - it was not. Upon arrival, the concierge said that there is a bottle of water in the room (at a charge) - in fact, it was not. Room minibar was empty. There is black mold in the shower cabin at the corners, rust on the metal accessories (for cosmetics) of the shower cabin. The dust does not seem to be rubbed at all. During my stay, I observed dust on the basis of the bedside lamp - the same. The elevator is located so that it is necessary to go through most rooms on the 1st floor, so the rooms on the first floor are unlikely quiet. The elevator was cold and smelled bad. There isn`t any information about the type of breakfast on the hotel website and booking sites, but during my stay the breakfast was continental, level barely 3 star hotel. I would not say that the staff were very friendly. Thus, in terms of room cleanliness, breakfast quality, lack of a declared mini-safe and empty minibar in the room, the hotel, in my personal opinion, does not attract either 4 star level or characteristic “European”. It seems like the hotel was built as a "European", and the Soviet era climbed into its operation. I recommend to pay attention to the removal of dust in the rooms and cleanliness of shower cabin. It`s a good idea to fill the minibar (at least with bottles of water) and install mini-safe in the room (or remove wrong information from the website). From the positive: interior of the room is nice; it was very warm in the room; comfortable linens (nothing special or great, but comfortable); room, bathroom and shower cabin were all spacious; a wide selection of TV channels; parking for cars.

Reviewed By tutwilerWe stayed at the hotel for Bout a week and experienced most of the menu items at both the hotel restaurant and the burger bar. We found the hotel and both restaurants to be among the best experienced in 59 countries. The food and service e were superb, with all menu items prepared from fresh ingredients. The hotel offered rooms to suit all needs and tastes. We found the deluxe king room to be great with our only criticisms regarding the bed, that was more firm than we prefer. Staff were superb and accommodating, both in the hotel and the resteraunt.
