We are English speaking and have been to this restaurant over a dozen times in the last 9 months. On every occasion we have had an excellent meal and been warmly welcomed by Sascha and his staff. If you can only speak english, Josip will look after you. Steaks are excellent and the fish dishes superb. Never a bad experience and prices are reasonable. We shall continue going to this restaurant when in Heinsberg.

Last night we enjoyed a wonderful steak dinner here. Manner Metzger is the restaurant to the gourmet wholesaler, Otto. They supply meats to most of the first class restauants in Germany. They have steaks from the States, Ireland, and Japan, plus other places I can't remember. We had the Hereford filet (170 grams) and ribeye (280). We also have the spinach and crispy sweet potato fries. Service was very attentive. This is not a place I would take the kids or someone who is not a meat eater. They offer a fish plate, pork and chicken, but they would be a waste to order here, when you've got such an array of different steaks. My only problem is the seating situation. They have bar chairs, high tables and booths. Not a place to go if you have someone in a wheelchair or someone who might have difficulty getting into a high chair. They have an extra room for larger groups with regular tables, but you would be seating there by yourself. We will be back.

Il ristorante fa parte dell'Hotel Corsten. Si tratta di una steakhouse con una buona scelta di piatti di carne alla griglia. I prezzi sono però decisamente alti per la tipologia di prodotto e qualità . Il servizio è senza infamia e senza lode. Non dispongono di menu in inglese, fortuna che il mio collega parla tedesco.

Evitate questo posto ad ogni costo.Locale poco accogliente. Condizioni igieniche che lasciano molto a desiderare.Zuppe: salatissime ed acide fino al disgusto.Carbe secca ed immangiabile. Salse senza un sapore ben definito.L'unica cosa che si salva sono le patatine fritte.La vrace per la carne è a vista all'interno del ristorante.....infatti...ho ammirato uno degli chef (forse chiamarlo chef è troppo) starnutire e tossire su cio che cucinava.60⬠in tre.....soldi buttati via. Fare ristorazione è tutta un'altra cosa.Sconsigliato.
