Ich war zum Frühstücksbuffet eingeladen. Das Ambiente des kleinen Restaurants ist stimmig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr appetitlich angerichtet und es bestand eine reichhaltige Auswahl an Aufschnitt, kleinen Köstlichkeiten wie Antipasti, kleinen Salaten, Desserts, Kuchen, dazu gab es Müsli und Joghurt sowie gekochte Eier und Rührei. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Für volle fünf Punkte hätten bessere Brötchen dabei sein müssen, da es sich zumindest bei den Körnerbrötchen (die anderen habe ich nicht probiert) um Aufbackware handelte.

We visited twice in 3 days while we were staying locally in the very lovely Willma Apartments a few minutes walk away. The first visit we hadn't booked but they managed to find us a table. I had prawn cocktail, steak and chocolate mousse all of which was lovely. My husband had fish and loved it. The staff were very accommodating to our daughter in swapping menu items. Our second meal was also fantastic. Definitely worth a trip to visit but book as it gets very busy.

While travelling through Europe, we stayed one night in this hotel and we enjoyed it thoroughly. After the friendly welcome upon arrival, we were shown our room at the first floor. Unfortunately, there is no elevator so bringing your luggage up is a bit of a hassle. Both the room and bathroom were comfortable and bright. We went down to the bar to have a beer before going to the restaurant. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman, who arranged our drinks and brought us the menuâs. They have two, one for the restaurant and the other one for the bar/bistro area. While the restaurant menu looked very tempting, we both opted for the bar menu which offered schnitzel with bratkartoffeln, one of our absolute favourites while visiting Germany. The plate of food was gorgeous: three pieces of schnitzel, with delicious baked potatoes and a fantastic creamy mushroom sauce combined with a superb jus. And all of this for the price of Euro 8,50 p.p., which is unbelievable value for money. Together with our food we drunk a bottle of the most fantastic Grauburgunder, which made the feast complete. After a good night sleep we were welcomed by a very friendly lady in the restaurant where an excellent breakfast was served. All in all a fantastic place, where quality is king, food is fantastic and service, with a smile, is great.

Ein schöner Ort um an einem warmen Sommerabend draussen zu sitzen - gepflegte Terrasse und eine super regionale Karte mit vielen verschieden, leckeren Gerichten.Alles ist frisch zubereitet und offensichtlich nicht aus dem Tiefkühlfach.Sehr gerne mal wieder . . .

Der Hemfelder Hof liegt direkt an der B 64 zwischen Beelen und Clarholz.Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem eher unscheinbaren Gebäude. Sie finden es im Bereich einer Tempo 70 Zone.Doch treten Sie ein! Was erwartet Sie? Ein gemütliches Kaminzimmer, ein Restaurant mit liebevoll gedeckten Tischen. Frische Blumenarrangements, Stofftischdecken und Servietten, ein alter Fliesenboden, westfälische Gemütlichkeit in der Gegenwart!Ich besuche dieses Restaurant sehr gerne -so oft wie möglich-, um mein Wochenende mit einem "Perfekten Mittagessen" einzuläuten.Es ist einfach mehr als genial, was Frau Schneidewind mit ihrem Team in der Küche zaubert.Freitags genieÃe ich natürlich gerne Fisch "at his best". Auch wenn es etwas ungewöhnlich ist, gerne mit Bratkartoffeln statt Salzkartoffeln. Der Grund ist ganz einfach:Die Bratkartoffen im Hemfelder Hof sind ein Gedicht!Auch die Salate sind kaum zu toppen. Kreative Kombinationen von Lauch, Ãpfelchen und und und!Die Dressings dazu stehen mit ihrem Geschmack in nichts nach!Im Hemmender Hof erwartet Sie eine frische Saisonküche mit hohem Niveau, "egal" ob Sie sich für ein Fleisch- oder Geflügelgericht entscheiden, es schmeckt hervorragend! Die Karte wird ergänzt durch eine auf die Jahreszeit abgestimmte Saisonkarte.Ach.., fast hätte ich es vergessen: Das SüÃe Etwas zum Espresso kommt nicht aus der Einwegverpackung (das würde hier mehr als verwunderlich sein), nein! Serviert werden frische Plätzchen, oder ein Mini-Stückchen Kuchen vom Feinsten!!!Zum Abschluss eine Anmerkung zum Service:Er steht der Küchenleistung in nichts nach! Aufmerksam, geschult (auch in Sachen Weinberatung) und stets präsent!

I ate here one night during a sales conference in Versmold together with some colleagues. We were looking for a place to eat and we ran into this nice place, called Memic (Yugoslavian). All my friends, including me, ate very good (try the beef stake, it was the best). We drank bear from fuss :-). The service was also very good. I also saw that a lot of local people were coming to eat here, that means in this place all the time you eat well. Try it. it worth the money! Enjoy!

und leckeres (bodenständiges, westfälisches) Essen gab es für uns. Mit etwas Glück bekamen wir noch einen Tisch, das Restaurant wurde proppenvoll. Dessen ungeachtet blieb die Bedienung nett und gelassen. Wir bekamen den Eindruck, dass das Waldschlösschen von Einheimischen gut besucht wird, man kann auch an der Theke/Bar (ganz klassische Kneipe) es sich gut gehen lassen.

Auf der Speisekarte findet jeder etwas für seinen Geschmack, der Service ist freundlich und unaufdringlich. Leider akzeptiert das System weder Master noch Amex-Karten.

The food is based on rustic German peasant dishes and poshed-up a lot. It is a great experience, lots of different things to taste and try out. The staff is friendly and attentive, the service is fast. Try to make a reservation a little ahead, since due to the frequent business events, the restaurant tends to be fully booked in the evenings.

Really welcoming and English speaking staff, Lovley comfy surroundings and nice beer garden with trampoline for kids, english menus available if you can read german, meals were tasty and good value for money, we will be regulars here for family meals during our time in Germany.
