I wouldn't argue with reviews that place this restuarant as the top restaurant in Oelde -- they have better steaks than any normal steakhouse I've ever tried in Europe. The headwaiter is friendly but doesn't seem to always get the order right. Outside and Wintergarden seating is a bit grungy. Indoors seems a bit nicer, but we haven't eaten inside yet.

I had a lovely dinner during my stay at the hotel, and was shocked at how reasonably priced it was.I had a beautiful lamb shank with vegetables, which was generously served and tasted divine.Good choice of wines also, which were all only around the â¬15 mark.Service was good and smiley.Overall excellent restaurant for whether you're staying or just popping in for food.

Ellinadiko was our destination for lunch last Sunday. It is located downtown, right next to the city library. We chose to sit outside, which worked out on a Sunday, but maybe a little noisy during busier weekdays. Our initial waiter was not the friendliest and looked annoyed when we weren't ready to order on his first visit back to our table. With an improved attitude and a smile on his face, I would have given this place a 5/5. Once the food arrived, it made up for what he was lacking in his demeanor. For a starter we had some simple olives and peppers. They were very tasty and perfect to prep our pallets. My main course was grilled chicken breast with steak fries and a fresh side salad. The chicken had a nice, flavorful crust to it and was most deliciously grilled to juicy perfection.We topped it off with a cappuccino and left satisfied. It is not an obvious find as it is slightly off the beaten path, but worth the extra 3-minute-walk from the main street leading into downtown.

Wij hebben er onlangs met 2 gegeten.Allereerst een heerlijke Krombacher pils op het terras gedronken De serveerster was zoals altijd daar zeer vriendelijk.We hebben een Schnitzel Wiener art besteld voor een zeer aantrekkelijke prijs.Binnen zeer korte tijd werd alles geserveerd met gebakken aardappeltjes en een frisse salade erbij.Dit eten kostte 9.50 euro.Alles zeer smakelijk en voldoende.Hier komen we vast en zeker weer.Het restaurant is zeer makkelijk te vinden, vlak bij een hoge uitkijktoren die je bij helder weer absoluut even moet beklimmen Aanrader voor een korte pauze.

We were with family in Rheda-Wiedenbruck, and were keen on a bite to eat.Emshaus is a little drive from the center of the city, but entirely worth it.Service is outstanding, and in English if German is not your chosen language. You can choose to sit inside, but they have a lovely view from their terrace in the summer.Food is excellent - our party had the duck and fish respectively. Both were superbly presented and each mouthful a morsel of delight.

Terrace onto the street doesn't offer the best view, but makes smokers happy! Nice atmosphere evenings with the subtle lighting. Not too noisy, even when busy. Food nicely presented, service OK (sometimes too quick, sometimes too slow). Haven't tried the main courses yet but definately will come again. Relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent traditional pub. Very good homemade beer and typical food. The choice is not very wide and international (such as restaurants). And this is the biggest advantage of this pub.All the food is great! I praised also very good and authentic atmosphere.If you ask the owner shows you the part where are producing a beer. Very interesting.

One of my favorites in Gutersloh. The restaurant is offering both indoor and outdoor seats and both are comfortable. The staff is able to speak English which is not always the case in similar places in Gutersloh. Both drinks and dishes are fine. Beer is just great and always fresh.Was visiting on a regular basic after work during a business trip.Thanks David, for leaving us this response. The Duck was suggested and outstanding, nice atmosphere friendly server who was helpful and very quick to deliver services to our liking. There was a group meeting in the adjoining room and honestly did not hardly hear them with the provisions the owners made. Attention to detail. Love it. I will be back again, Well done. On my visit 11-13-2017-and two years prior.
