Loved having our own little "hut"
Reviewed By CoryandLauraJuricaMy husband and I stayed in the little hut separate from the rest of the building for three nights. It made us feel like we were out in the wilderness all alone. We even had a monitor lizard visit our window. It was very clean and the air conditioning worked great. There was an electric strip in the room which was a nice touch. When you have camera batteries to charge the more plugs the better. We were greeted a couple of times upon coming back with either freshly prepared juice or coconut milk straight from the coconut. We had a very delicious breakfast here and ate one of our dinners here. Both were very hearty and very good. We booked a safari through Bandara and had a wonderful time. Our guide didn't speak much English but we are used to communicating without words when traveling abroad...afterall you are in another country. He was very diligent in trying to find us a leopard and was disappointed that we didn't get a photo of the first one we saw. He made sure that we got photos of the second. The area around the home is fantastic for bird watching and spotting other wildlife and there is a fantastic lake not far from the property where flocks of Hornbills roost every night. Guess what I am saying is I loved the location of this property and all of the hospitality that Bandara showed us.

Such a nice place
Reviewed By Hennie HStayed here one night during our cycle trip. It is a really good place in a nice environment and the food is delicious. The room is simple and there is a shared bathroom. It is very nice to wake up with the sounds of nature.
