FANTASTIC PROPERTY AND HOSTS!!
Reviewed By Bryan CStayed here for 2 nights in beautiful Ninh Binh. Rooms were large, with a/c, good Wifi, & immaculately clean. Bathrooms also large with great shower pressure. The husband and wife running the hotel were as nice as you could possibly be, and incredibly helpful. I can see why this property is rated number 1 here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Reviewed By Spontaneous0One of the best and spacious room for homestay I've experienced. Helpful owners in every way they can. Location is just approximately 3mins walk from Tamcoc boat tours, from restaurants and where the bus drop off and pick up. Rented a bicycle and motorbike from Thanh Dat which is a very convenient way of touring around TamCoc and Ninh Binh. Many thanks to the accommodating owners!!!

Reviewed By Rebecca LWe loved Ly’s Homestay! Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming. They have recently developed their property so everything was brand new, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Our hosts went out of their way to be helpful - making us breakfast, providing us with bikes, washing our clothes and organising transport to and from Hanoi. There was even a router in the room which is really important to me as I work remotely. We would definitely stay here again and next time we look forward to using the pool as the weather was a bit too cold when we were there. We would recommend staying at Ly’s Homestay, you won’t be disappointed!

Reviewed By jinnfazWe stayed as a family of four and we're accommodated with two room right next to each other. The hotel organised a wonderful tour guide. We really enjoyed our stay and we're able to get around to many places from here. We would definitely recommend families as both our boys aged 10 and 8 really enjoyed Tam Coc and all the wonderful sites.

Reviewed By chloestassarteverything! the location, the amazingly friendly staff, the pool, the room, the view, the food (!!), the foot bath.. we have so much to say! First of all, we arrived very early (5am) with a sleeping bus from Hoi An. They prepared the room for us and they woke up that early to let us in… Then they offered us a breakfast when we got up few hours later. They had great recommendations for activities in the area and free bicycles. Food in Ninh Binh is quite a struggle… but not there. They prepare the best food ever, be it for dinner or for breakfast!! They also take care of you by proposing a feet bath before going to sleep. This place feels like home and even more. It’s also 5mn bicycle from Tam coc boat station! in short : go ahead, you won’t be disappointed. only regret : We wish we could have stayed longer! THANK YOU

The view from our balcony was unbelievable! Definitely a place to stay if you want to relax and disconnect from the bigger cities. Thank you Tu!!!

Green peace bungalow is one of the newest bungalow in Tam cốc- Ninh binh. It is considered as the heart of the Tam coc- Ninh Binh. Moving easily to all landscapes , take the bus, or eating with around 20 restaurants. Location: not on the main road so extremely quiet, but only 50m from the main road. extremely convenient for moving, shopping, dining. You do not worry about being isolated in one place. Services: We have a full of services likes bus tickets, trains, motorbikes, bicycles, laundry, food ... Come to us you absolutely receive the warm welcome and the enthusiastic help from the staff. Facilities: We have full facilities. Special super soft cushion, two-way air conditioner, refrigerator, hot water ... are the outstanding facilities. Host: Host is extremely cute, friendly, always willing to help you 24 / 24h. Give you good advice for the trip. Host also is a great cook. Space: bungalows are surrounded by small gardens, peaceful, fresh.
Excellent Bungalow Outstanding Family
Reviewed By martinsonohanaJulia and her family helped make our stay in Tam Coc both very enjoyable and relaxing. She was also very good about making our family feel at home. She has small kids too and was fun to have the kids playing together. Our room was very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of four. Breakfast was good and the pancakes were the best we have had in Vietnam so far. Location is great, easy walk to boat tours, groceries, food, market, etc. Kids and us also enjoyed walking around the residential streets near the bunglaows. Julia even reached out to us to let us know we forgot a cell phone and then went out of her way to mail it to us. Green Peace was recommended to us from our stay in Mien Hue Cat Ba and we were very happy with our stay. We truly enjoyed Julia, her family, and the bungalow.

Large resort
Reviewed By Dirk WWe got room 422, which was a standard room, large enough, comfy bed, nice bathroom, nothing exceptional, but good overall. It is a large resort, which, after 2 years of covid lock downs, was mainly busy with locals. We found that most staff had only a basic grasp of English, but the manager-lady came to our rescue when our order for cocktails at the bar got terribly misunderstood. Breakfast had a largely Asian focus and it would be nice if they extended the choice a bit.

Reviewed By evano987Tam Coc Tropical Homestay left nothing to be desired. The family that runs it is very kind and accommodating. The room was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary (eggs, bread, cheese, fruit, juice and coffee) but it was served fresh with a big smile. Bicycles and motor scooters were available for rent at very fair prices. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to the area. The location was great and the owner provided helpful information about sightseeing in the area. One note, Booking.com had "shared bathroom" listed as a feature, but the room we rented had its own clean private bathroom. It's possible that not every unit has a bathroom but the other two guests I spoke to also had private bathrooms.
