Reviewed By Bryan CStayed here for 2 nights in beautiful Ninh Binh. Rooms were large, with a/c, good Wifi, & immaculately clean. Bathrooms also large with great shower pressure. The husband and wife running the hotel were as nice as you could possibly be, and incredibly helpful. I can see why this property is rated number 1 here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Tam Coc Palm House is a brand new homestay located in the center of traditional village in Tam Coc area. It is great accommodation, clean and comfortable with all rooms decorated by bamboo and Viet traditional materiars. we have both private and dorm rooms with nice garden and seating area. Our host family are friendly, interested in cultural exchange and we look forward to welcoming international tourists into my home. We sure you will have a great time with us.

The owners and staff were beyond lovely, completely went out of their way to help us and were so fun to hang out with. The rooms and facilities were really nice. Definitely recommend you stay here when looking around the Ninh Bình/Tam Coc area!

Charming homestay in central Tam Coc
Reviewed By Adrienne BLovely homestay with great breakfast and very friendly and helpful hosts. The room we rented was spacious with separate bathroom. There was coffee on the table when we arrived. You can book bus tickets,motorbikes and trips with them. The lady host even walked us to the bus pick up point and gave us complimemtary water too for the journey. Highly recommended.

The check in time was like 7 - 8 hours more but the welcome was really amazing, huge smile, apologize for letting me wait. They arranged the bed for me immediately . During my stay she cared about everything that might concern me, plan out my trip even give me the motorbike with full petro. One of the best stay in Vietnam <3

Reviewed By vikrorkunThis homestay is amazing - from its location to the generous and helpful nature of the hosts. The rooms are spacious and next to a great garden with a swimming pool. Breakfast is freshly cooked each morning and the hosts are always around to help or bring you some pineapple or bananas (very yummy). It is close to all the main attractions in the Tam Coc area and the homestay can help with getting a motorbike to move around for the ones a bit further away. Amazing value for the price!

Reviewed By Tim066Stayed for 3 nights. Staff friendly. Communication difficult. Lobby was actually the hotel owner’s living room and dining room. Moderate family noise echoed into room until past 930 pm. Home living cooking odors permeated into room. A mild to mild plus septic odor constantly present. Location was good, room condition satisfactory. Room not made up 1 day, had to ask for bottled water and towels after returning from sight seeing. The 430 am. rooster and dog barking can be added to irritants.
