Breathtaking location!
Reviewed By R WSuch a perfect location; a barefoot resort on the beach. A real treat and something quiet special. All the staff were excellent and the resorts location is just perfect. You do need to take tuk-tuk's if you want a visit another restaurant for a change of scenery due to its quiet location, it is too far to walk. The food was lovely, although I would say that the service is a little too slow at times. Overall, I would recommend on the location and staff themselves, so helpful and friendly.

Reviewed By 828jacquilOur stay at the Pigeon Island Beach Resort was fabulous and The head Chef Charaka Madushana made the most amazing food we have ever had here in Sri Lanka. The prawn curry was delicious. The desserts especially - were just incredible and the chocolate chilli one made especially for David my husband was just fantastic! Thank you Chef Charaka for making our stay so extra special. In fact all of the staff like Mr Banda were just amazing providing everything we needed.

Brand new Resort built in August 2016 with brand new amenities. Three stand-alone buildings comprise of 4 deluxe double rooms in each building. We will ensure to make your stay memorable in Sri Lanka We just located 150 meters away from a well known beach called Nilaveli. In just a few walking steps, you can access the boats to Pigeon Island, which is a marine national park famous for snorkeling.

Reviewed By Asha VAs a couple we spent the last few days of our trip in Sri Lanka here, and we very much enjoyed the place. Staff is super friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the new swimming pool really added a big plus to the place. It was very clean, the location is good, close to the beach (which is quiet but popular with locals) and to pigeon island (amazing snorkeling). We also rented a scooter at the hotel for a very fair price and did our own little safari tour to some lakes close by where we found an amazing diversity of wetland birds and butterflies. In short, whether you prefer nice food, chilling at the pool, beach, or nature: try this hotel!

You can choose your accomodation suits to your pocket. Budget double rooms, Delux double with A/C, Trible A/C and eco friendly wooden cabanas. The most beautyful location in Nilaveli.At the bay you find the natural breakwater.

Reviewed By 756gretemThis place is really outdated and the bungalows even the de luxe ones are so bad maintained. The bathrooms - you cannot close the window, nearly No water comming out in the zink nor in the bath. The place is correctly on the beach but they are not repairing the sunbeds, everything here look outdated ! The little "cafe" is manage by a boy - the same who helped with the boats, the luggage etc - a he can' t make food!!! The breakfast was the worst meal in my 53 years life, and I have been travelling as a backpacker for many years in many countries. Toastbread - totally dried - egg fried in coconut oil - it was really really bad It's NOT cheap to stay here and there is so many other nice places at the same price, so after 1 night we booked another place also at the beach and got a 2 rooms appartment with swimmingpool at nearly the same price. They say that the have got new management 1/2-2019, but be informed that has NOT helped at all.

Reviewed By ciottolinaRomaCi siamo recati in questo posto per la cena che si è rilevata davvero terribile. Abbiamo atteso più di un'ora per pietanze al limite dell'immangiabile. Frittura di calamari floscissima e insapore, riso e noodles con pesce e ananas in cui il pesce era praticamente legno ed era tutto strapieno di aglio. Unica cosa da salvare il riso con pollo al curry nella media del paese. Da evitare
