This lovely little country diner is becoming the heart of the community....stop in anytime for home-style meal at a great price. They will even consider adjusting your order if you ask nicely. I added bacon and tomato to my grilled cheese sandwich....YUMMY!

I love going to Porters Diner. There is a combination of items that make it perfect! The staff have always been friendly and that adds to the 5 rating. The atmosphere and old school decor, always adds as a conversation piece. The food is spot on! I'm a sucker for crinkle cut french fries and a classic club...and it tastes good! Great spot for a business lunch, couples lunch or just a random stand alone lunch! I love Porters Diner!

Second time popping in for fast lunch. Second time ordered soup. Second time very impressed. First time was a curry veg soup--delish! Second time was chicken veg. Piping hot, thick with fresh veggies and chicken, oozing with herby flavor! Made from scratch--better than my homemade ever! Ooh, and fresh homemade roll. Casual and spot-on for service and local fresh food.

I grew up in Devon and Joe's Diner was a regular stop during my youth. We were in Fredericton for a week and decided to skip the hotel breakfast and head to Joe's. The MacTavish family retired a number of years ago and the diner has changed hands a few times since but the current owners are doing a fabulous job. Homemade bread and buns and baked beans. Friendly prompt service. We both had the breakfast special for only $7.50! Extremely filling. The diner is nothing fancy but that's what I expect in a diner. If I wanted modern, shiny, spacious I'd go to McDonalds or Tim Horton or A&W. But that's never going to happen. I'll be back!

If you are looking for a delicious and simple breakfast for an affordable price, check out the Sunshine Diner. Service is always friendly and the food arrives quickly. The decor could use a little tlc, but dont let that deter you. It's all about the food and unlimited coffee.

Their eggs benedict are not only delicious but huge! They have large slices of real cured ham, eggs are cooked to perfection and the hollandaise sause is plentiful and perfect! Suggest having their grilled real potatoes with onions! The owner and waitress are so nice. It feels like being home! Even jukeboxes at the tables with the oldies for old times sake. Highly recommend and were going back this week! Bon Appetit!
