Decent Budget Hotel, Close to Everything
Reviewed By VangroovyFoodieMr. Kinjo is a decent budget hotel in a great location. It’s a 5 minute walk to Kokusai Dori and about 12 minutes to Makishi Public Market. There’s a Family Mart about 2 minutes away and the main street has many little spots to shop and eat. There are many Mr. Kinjo hotels in Okinawa but the Miebashi location has three buildings, on the same street. And the street is hard to find. TO FIND THE HOTEL While still on the bridge of the Miebashi station, look around to find the store with the Yamaha sign (it’s hanging vertically). Turn left just after the Yamaha sign and walk for a bit and you will see the first Mr. Kinjo building. Keep walking down the same street until you see the second Mr. Kinjo building and the office is in the third building, right beside it. The shower/bathroom is spacious, there is a separate room for the toilet and the bed area has enough floor space for your suitcases. The Wi-Fi works well. There’s a balcony with black-out curtains. The check-in went pretty well even though the representatives speak very little English. The unit had a SOFT, double bed with two pillows. It was so soft, we needed a third pillow for my back. Please note - they only give ONE pillow per person. There is a two burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, and microwave. Unfortunately, they only give you two glasses and if you want pots/pans or dishes, it costs 1,000 yen to rent them. The washer worked well and dried pretty well. The office offers complimentary dish soap but you need to buy laundry detergent elsewhere. We also needed to go to the office after the second day for new towels. Beware the parking in front of the office. It is 1,000 yen from 12:01 AM to 11:59 PM (essentially midnight to midnight) so if you want to park overnight, it will cost you 2,000 yen. That’s pretty steep considering our rental car was only 5,000 yen for a true 24 hours! Park across from the Family Mart for much less. A little disappointed by the dinnerware/cookware rental charge and having to go to a different building to speak with anyone. Keep in mind – the office is only open from 15:00 to 00:00/3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight). Overall, it’s in a great location and offers good amenities. We would likely stay again but park elsewhere.

Reviewed By Danny VIt's a budget accomodation and you have a budget accomodation. Avoid the third floor. Too warm. Second floor is better. The AC is at extra charge, 100yen for two hours. The desk guy is very friendly and helpfull.

綺麗で良いホテルでした
Reviewed By ynotfoevac旭橋駅から西に5分ほど歩いた場所にあるホテルです。新しいホテルのようで外観、フロントともとてもきれいでした。 部屋もきれいに清掃されており、清潔感がありました。設備は大型テレビ、湯沸かし、金庫、消臭スプレー、Wifi、コンセント多数と基本的に揃っており、アメニティは歯ブラシとフロントに色々置いてあるようでした。館内には１階に飲料の自動販売機とコインランドリーがありました。 ホテル周辺にはコンビニや有名なステーキ店などがあり、スーパーも徒歩圏内なので食事に困ることはないと思います。宿泊費も安かったのでまた利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

Gratis Omoromachi which opened in 2017! It is a 2-minute walk from Omoromachi Station. It is 20 minutes by car from Naha Airport. A large shopping mall and restaurants stand within the range of this museum foot.

Reviewed By Escape809105海外に行けなくなってから、８，９，１０月と毎月沖縄を訪れるようになり、そのたびに利用させてもらっています。建物の入り口がわかりにくい、チェックイン・タブレットのスペースがちょっと匂うという点は多少気になりますが、それほど問題ではありません。 大通りに面しているわけではないので、高層階ではなくても、静かだと思います。 ９階建ての建物で、海側に同じくらいの高さの建物が建築中で１つ(〇〇１号室の方)にしかないので、高層階は海の景色がきれいです。 部屋は、ワンルームタイプ。キッチンもそれに見合った大きさしかないですが、冷蔵庫も大きく、トイレ・バスルームもセパレートで使いやすいです。 居室部分は、狭いわけではありませんが、ダブル・シングルのベッド２台を入れているので、動きづらいというのはありますが、その分、広々のびのび寝れます。 食器類・電子レンジ・冷蔵庫も最低限そろっており、少人数の長期滞在でも便利だと思います。 洗濯機・乾燥機も完備です。ただ、私だけの問題なのか？備え付けのバスタオルの品質の問題だと思うのですが、毛が出やすいため、乾燥機で乾燥させると、頻繁に、糸くずフィルター(吸気フィルターではありません)が詰まってしまい、フィルター交換指示が出て止まってしまいます。今まで、９０３号室、９０２号室、８０３号室に滞在したことがありますが、どの部屋でもこの現象は起こります。皆さんはどうされてるのかな？洗濯竿、ハンガーなどはたくさん用意されていますので、干す気になれば干せますが…。 部屋は、角部屋ではありませんが、各フロア(３部屋並び)の真ん中(〇〇２号室)が一番使いやすいと思います。クローゼットが二つあり、助かりますね。 場所的には、８８ステーキハウスに近く、また、空いているときに遭遇するかどうか運次第ですが、牛屋も近いです。 駐車場は、近隣のコインパーキングを利用することとなりますが、COVIDの関係もあり、それほど旅行客がいないせいもあるのでしょうが、コインパーキングがいっぱいで探し回らなければいけないということはありません。 波の上ビーチや神社も徒歩圏内です、近隣の環境についてはそれぞれ好みがわかれるところですが、治安が悪いということは全くありません。

Secret House MAKISHI is located in one of the best area in Naha, right next to International street, ideal for fun and relaxation. From Secret House MAKISHI It only takes 8min to reach the closest MAKISHI train station, takes only 1 min to reach International street, nearby there’s parking lot , park and it only takes 17min to reach Naha international airport. At night time it is quiet , safe , convenient , and the staff speaks perfect English,Mandarin and Japanese, even if you cannot speak Japanese you do not have to worry about communication!

Reviewed By _X1733YK這次到家庭旅遊到沖繩入住後發現相當舒適，有空調、空氣交換器還有超大的電視、冰箱、微波爐，甚至還有洗衣機與烘衣機可以用。浴室有電捲棒還有浴缸，真的相當貼心。面對公園鄰近國際通，鬧中取靜，附近有很多餐廳與商店，生活機能相當方便。如果床鋪可以再軟一點被單可以再厚一點，睡起來就會更舒服。
