I accidentally stumbled upon this place. I just wanted something quick to eat, but just happened to be looking up and spotted their rooftop deck. Sold. I was welcomed in and seated. The sounds of smooth jazz poured from the speakers, this was a cool and relaxing ambiance. I opted for the Meze platter, which was well worth the higher than average price. The chicken salad and spinach were standouts among the 5 different offerings. I tried both rosé by the glass wines offerings and both were good.Unfortunately the sky opened up and the rain came pouring down. The inside deck still has amazing views and a calm ambiance. It was very hard to leave. I highly recommend The Roof for good service, great food and drinks and a wonderful view of Göreme. This place is perfect for date night, small familiar and soloists who just wanna chill.

A short walk from our hotel we gave this place a go as it had a good vibe as we walked past the night before. The service was excellent, we were well looked after and the staff were really friendly and chatted to us a few times during the meal. In what appears to be Turkish style as the bread and dips were brought out, a few seconds later our starter arrived. Followed by the main shortly after. Not a problem with the style of food we ordered as it all went together (could have been annoying if you had a bigger starter to eat).Highly recommend the sausage, which was cut like a large salami slice and was stuffed chilli peppers and nuts. All the food was really good.Thank you so much for your beautiful comments and your suggestions. We hope you will come again to Cappadocia and come to our restaurant. Hope to see you again :)

The expectation was quite high because they display the meat and you can chose type and quantity, however they should also let you know the price in order to avoid unexpected surprise... The atmosphere is good and I felt welcomed, old place but very characteristics, the price is a bit higher compared with the same range of restaurant... The meat was good and properly cooked... Overall it was a decent choice but not one of my favourite...

I highly recommended to everyone who visits Göreme. They have really high quality food and great ambience. Chef is quite passionate and attentive about his work. u will have one of your best food experience. Their wine was also so good u should try with dinner. Be sure to go there !

Our orders served on time and the waitress were very kindly and they were really deal with us. Meats were very tasty ,juicy and homemade.i can recommend you espacially texas steak.They have a good wine as well.Super combination with beef.

Next to the Dervish Cave House, the most breathtaking view at sunset. you have the choice of going on the outside terrace or instead with large windows for the magically view of the town and cave homes and hotels.Servers were attentive without being annoying, very relaxing atmosphere.Red house wine- weâll balanced, medium body went nicely with- husbands order beef steak hamburger and me the cheese burger. Meat was seasoned and cooked to order, gourmet bun with condiments on the side, mayonnaise, ketchup & bbq sauce . French fries crispy & hot. Very filling and satisfying!End with hot Turkish tea.
