We had a nice relaxed meal here on the shady patio, but inside is also very cozy and comfortable. Chicken and grilled vegetables were very tasty, with good, cold beer. Best of all was the service -- the owner, Serge, spoke good English and helped us get acquainted with the nearby market and other things to do and see in Pytagorsk. Thank you Serge -- we definitely will come back next time we are in Pytagorsk!Thanks for your coming , and your review ! This is a great Middle East/South Russian Caucas cuisine restaurant . The food here is very good. I put it at joint first with Nostalgie Restaurant as for quality of food but at a cheaper price. I suggest one of the sadj dishes which consist of wood barbecued meats with home made marinades. For Western People don't worry it is not like the usual Western style BBQ. The spices herbs and sauces are Middle East on these dishes. We had the mixed meat consisting of lamb cutlets, beef liver, pork and chicken. All were cooked perfectly and the spices were very well balanced. We also had a warm beef salad which was excellent. Good deserts too. And the portions are quite large. BIG PLUS they have a menu in English. The service is impeccable. Also they have live music and belly dancing shows. Price is very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Highly recomended.

I have been there before. The proval lake is really amazing. The way light falls there, the way pigeons fly... You should see there and after you should go Proval cafe to get some rest and watch the city Pyatigorsk. Just amazing with my Yulia
