Very delicious food! Chilaquile is the best mexican food restaurant in Ambato; the decoration gives you a mexican feeling so you can enjoy the meal. The music is variated so it must be changed in order to fit to the environment. However the meals are really tasty, quite wide variety of flavors so it is great to go there!I really recommend it!

Bland, uninteresting Mexican dishes that have been dulled-down and don't inspire a return visit. The liveliness of Mexican food is quite lost in this place but it appeals to folks who have not had real Mexican food. There is so much to the Mexican larder that can be used to advantage in a country like Ecuador with its 12 month growing season in the sierras and tropical growing centers at the coast and in the Amazonas.
