I gather this place is pretty famous - dinner bookings a must. Sitting seemingly on its own in the quieter, lower part of Niseko village amongst the web of snow covered lanes. A classic single-level timber restaurant with wooden tables, lovely vibe and exceptional food. Loved it.

Abuch 2 is one of the most popular restaurants in Hirafu. The menu contains fresh Hokkaido produce and created as Modern Japanese dishes. Also more than 300 special drinks are served at the bar area. Abucha 2 has 100 seats and small separate Japanese-styl
This is one of our Niseko favourites - great atmosphere, and great menu & food. Always full and buzzing - they allow a certain number of tables for walk-ins each night, but we always book ahead online. The Hokkaido corn and Sukiyaki are definitely our favourites!

Right behind Niseko Park Hotel along Hirafu-Zaka Street.
Manage to secure online reservation at the original Bang Bang outlet..... I have been to Bang2 twice thoughI didnât order their sashimi or wagyu cos I just came from Tokyo & Sapporo & had plenty of that there. Instead we ordered mostly yakitori sticks & Oden.....it was really delicious and helped keep the bill relatively Low.One of the better restaurants in Niseko

I went with my partner and two children and arrived around 5.40pm which worked out well because we managed to get a table straight away so itâs worth getting there around opening to guarantee a table. The restaurant is only small, however itâs quite cosy and the food was very good. My partner and I had the Niseko Ramen (had pay extra for meat and eggs) which was awesome and definitely worth getting. The children had clear Ramen which they said was alright but not amazing. I personally think itâs worth a visit, the reason for a drop in the rating was the children saying the food was alright, paying extra for meat and eggs and we felt it was a little on the expensive side. Our bill came to nearly 6000 yen for the four of us. Upon leaving the restaurant around 6.30pm it was getting quite busy, with people and families queuing out the door.

Most of the food in Niseko are generally pricey than other parts of Japan. Therefore, it is nice to find this restaurant serving good value meals. The ramen broth is full of flavour and the servings are generous. The guoza are nicely cooked to crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It is worth the wait even though the food may not be the best in Niseko but it is of good value.

We come here every time we are in Niseko. The sashimi and sushi are outstanding. I would eat here every day if I didnât have to take a cab from the Hirafu village. Itâs 4 miles total which isnât far but in winter weather itâs far. Get the omikase and enjoy the local sake! I didnât like the hairy crab or mackerel but others in my group loved them.

Ezo Seafoods specializes in pristine Hokkaido seafood. Since 2009 it has been our mission to serve this as simply and freshly as possible to our guests. We also offer cold seafood platters for takeout.
We really enjoyed our dinner here.....the quality and selection of seafood was amazing. We started with delicious oysters on the half shell, split a king crab leg (which was exceptionally well prepared), and then had the whole snapper with sweet chili. The snapper was one of the best seafood dishes weâve had anywhere, it was so perfect. The owner was very helpful in making selections and the staff was very friendly and efficient. We would go back in a heartbeat. Make sure you have reservations........

We did an impromptu visit for dinner and they picked us up at our hotel and we had an amazing dinner. As heavy snow fell outside they carved roast beef, delivered French inspired Japanese delicacies and were so eager to please. The wine list was great and not unreasonable. The architecture is so on point and little touches like the wallpaper and candles in the snow wall outside make it a memorable restaurant. But itâs the staff that are 10/10. Brilliant night. Thank you very much for coming and also thanks for the positive comments. We are glad that you enjoyed the dinner. We will provide seasonal Hokkaido ingredients, kinds of wine and friendly service for you all the time.Hope to see you again!
