We passed by this restaurant/shop countless times and never went in to check it out. Finally on the occasion of having coupons as an excuse (or no excuse not to go!), we had a rather quick lunch and bought a bottle of olive oil. The carbonara was THE BEST one that I've ever had! Apparently we have to come back for many other delicacies, and of course, expresso!

Nice restaurant , a bit different from the classic Swedish restaurant. We took pizza. It was tasty for being in sweden but far away from a real Italian pizza. The Price was affordable . The personal was young , a bit shy but nice and welcoming Absolutely will go back next time in uddevalla

Went there to grab pizzas. The place was very nice, good interiors. No toilet!! You have to use the public ones. Staff was nice and welcoming. Pizzas were good enough, but price was too high. Still gets 3 stars because it was nice to have pizza in a classier place for a change. Pizza with Nutella was good, and can recommend pizza Andalucia.Thanks for your feedback and review. As we are operating in Shopping mall we have great chance to use also their facilities such as customer toilets. Sorry to hear that is wasn't convenient to you.We are using only premium ingredients and making all the products after order. That is why we are a bit more expensive than average pizzerias.Hope to see you again soon in our restaurant!

After a whole day of sightseeing Uppsala, we stopped for dinner at this restaurant searching for some tasty Italian food. It revealed to be a great choice. Nice service, super good wines imported by themselves and tasty food like in Italy. While choosing the wine, the waiter was so kind to let us taste different ones and talked to us about each one. Aaltos is a restaurant located on the ground floor of Alvar Aalto´s (Finnish Architect ) buildingin Uppsala. The restaurant is very well designed, and you can really see they have an eye for detail. Its a fairly large restaurant, but its designed in a way so it still feels really cosy. The round table booths are really cool and makes the setting even more intimate. We ordered their special starters menu with a mix of everything. It was a really good mixture of seafood and meat, and really tasted like you are entering Italian territory. We then all ordered from the a la carte menu. All dishes were well executed, but I would have loved a little more edge to the presentation since it was too current. But the flavors of the meal was amazingly good! The staff was very friendly, and the prices were decent. Overall I would recommend this restaurant to anybody travelling to Uppsala.

A warm welcome. The food is very good. Prices are reasonable. The chef makes his own pasta and you see it while tasting them. The place is just generous. The service is excellent. They always make sure you have what you need.I like their wine selection.

The food at the restaurant was tasty and service was pretty friendly. When we came I asked could kids get smaller portions with cheaper price, and they said that would happen. We got smaller portions, however The kidâs meals were charged as full. I askel if that was corrected and was told that my credit card canât be refunded. Eventually I was give some cash back, but so few krones, that it must have been a mistake and ended up paying more than was expecting to. So be careful and check what you are charged at.Hello Traveller! Our service staff missed to change the price to a kids-price, But she refunded you 40kr for each pasta, In total 80kr.
