Fui al restaurante con la expectativa de encontrar una opción diferente de cocina italiana en Ibagué. El lugar es pequeño y agradable, sin embargo mi calificación se basa en los siguientes aspectos: Es un restaurante económico, la carta pese a que es limitada tiene opciones interesantes. Sin embargo, en mi visita no podian ofrecer varios platos y bebidas por "problemas de inventario". Entiendo que estan empezando, sin embargo esto es inadmisible en un restaurante. La atención es cordial pero muy demorada, asi como la preparación de los platos. Si eso era con pocos clientes en el lugar, con el sitio lleno la cocina colapsa. Pese a que los clientes de dos mesas se retiraron, calculé aproximadamente 1 hora de tiempo de espera para que limpiaran y recogieran la mesa. Igualmente promedio tiempo de espera plato servido 1 hora. Como dice el tÃtulo de esta opinión: Tiene el potencial de mejorar y ser un mejor restaurante pero le falta.

El sazón con que preparan la carne es muy bueno, tiene rico sabor la carne y ensalada. A las papas fritas les falta un toque de sabor para ser el complemento perfecto al menú. La ubicación es muy buena, vista a la calle el lugar es pequeño pero muy acogedor en construcción moderna. La atención del personal agradable, amables con los turistas y comensales.

Las propuestas de arroz de rÃos son geniales, todas son ricas, quizás deberÃan bajarle un poco a la grasa pero el sabor es bueno. El dÃa que fui se demoraron pero en otras ocasiones la espera en promedio es corta. En general muy rico.

El lugar es muy agradable, muy buena vista desde la terraza. El servicio es regular, pedimos pizza y lasaña pero no nos pareció nada especial, la verdad es costoso para la calidad de la comida. No tienen carta de bebidas por lo que sólo tienes las opciones que te da el mesero.

The ricotta shrimp raviolis are delicious, the lasagna de la casa is good, both recommended. The service and fastest delivery is amazing. The only thing to improve is the restaurant is wide open to a main street, so the cars noise is incredible.

If you go to Ibague, Colombia, you HAVE to try this pizzeria & Gelato place. Its simply the best!!!You find several combinations of pizza, with rich and fresh flavours. The crust is just unbelievable!!! I wish I coul eat more an more of it. My favourite THE SICILIAN !!! And the gelatos !!! OMG !!! Try the Passion Fruit (Maracuya) or any of the 15 different flavours they have !! You´lll love them all !!!THIS IS A MUST !!!
